Stay just steps from the Gondola!

Had a great stay in Steamboat Springs in the Dulany Condominiums. Very close access to the main ski base area, with lots of nearby restaurants. Condo was well appointed and kitchen had all the typical utensils needed to cook for the week if you choose. Would definitely stay here again (Ski season would be amazing) and highly recommend this property.

Great location, easy access.

This was the perfect condo for our group of 6 which included myself, my wife, our two boys (ages 9 and 11) and my wife's mom and dad. The condo had everything we needed for sleeping, cooking meals and relaxing in the living room or on the deck. And if you don't want to cook, there are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance or you can take the free shuttle which is just steps from the condo. We really enjoyed being so close to Gondola Square, there is always something fun happening there! Our host was attentive and responsive to our requests during our stay. I would highly recommend this spot!

Great and well maintained property that suited our family’s ski vacation. A few steps away (literally) from Steamboat base area. We cannot wait to return.

We definitely would book this condo again. The kitchen has everything you need, very complete!!Beds are very comfortable. Sheets and towels are new and good.An easy and very short walk to restaurants, a convenient store and city bus stop.The location is great for skiers. The condo is a 3 minute walk from Steamboat gondola. Skiing in when gets close to the condo is very narrow and not defined, but it is such an easy and short walk between the condo and the slopes that didn’t matter to us.For the ones going to Stars Adaptive Recreation Program, their office is a 2 minute easy walk from the condo. Not sure if condo/ building it is a wheelchair accessible since there are a few steps to access and exit the condo. This property is well maintained!

Outstanding

Everything was fantastic. The home was well stocked with everything you need. Tons of cookware, a crockpot, spices, coffee, etc. It was super clean and comfortable and super close to the slopes and in the heart of the village.

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights in August. The property is perfectly located for accessing the gondola and Steamboat Square, as well as nearby restaurants and a great neighborhood store. The unit itself is thoughtfully appointed, with attention to every detail. The kitchen is fully supplied and equipped for most anything you would want to prepare. We were comfortable throughout our stay with the climate control in the unit. I enjoyed coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings on the patio, watching the world go by! Melissa is warm, responsive, and helpful with any and all questions. We extended our stay this visit, and wound not hesitate to stay here again!

Our original reservation (at a different place) was canceled 2 days before our arrival and Melissa was awesome working with us last minute. The place was very clean, quiet, great size/layout and the AC worked perfectly (it was a hot July weekend when we visited). The location was perfect to walk to base mountain restaurants/activities and the free shuttle is very close. Great stay and great hosts. All communications were very clear. We will be back!

What a beautiful place to stay in steamboat. The location was perfect right next to the gondola and close to shops. Super clean place filled with amenities. The communication with the owner was superb and always prompt in responding. Will certainly be staying here again.
