checked in after a very long flight and even longer check in from the airport . Got to the property and Roxy was very sweet and kind. Sent me to my room. Was shocked to see how dusty everything was coffee table had milk splattered all over it so I cleaned it then walked across the carpet barefooted and had sand all over my feet and I hadn't been to the beach yet. Then I went to climb in to bed and found blood stains on the sheets. I would think if I'm paying a place to send me to a clean room and yet I have to clean it just to be able to feel safe then I would expect management to check these units before guest check in. Then the one day I wanted to go to the pool it was closed the whole day for maintenance (really on a Saturday) my bed felt like springs very hard and uncomfortable. Mold growing under the bathroom sink not healthy. Faust in bathroom drips. I would hope I would get a refund for all of the problems I had to clean to make me feel comfortable about staying.
