Sleeping
You have two comfortable bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed, soft bedding & blackout coverings to help you rest. The layout works well for two couples, work trips or a small family. In the living room there is a sofa bed that is best for one adult or two small children, so the most comfortable setup is four or five guests even though the maximum is six.

Living Areas
The main living level is bright & welcoming with large windows, a cozy seating area & TV for movie nights after exploring downtown. The flow between living room, dining area & kitchen makes it easy to spread out yet still feel connected. In summer you can open the patio door for fresh air & use the fans or ventilation to keep the space comfortable.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook breakfast before a day at the lake or prepare simple dinners at home. You have full size appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, plus coffee & tea to get you started. The layout gives you plenty of counter space to prep snacks, charcuterie or takeout from nearby restaurants.

Bathrooms
You have one full bathroom plus an additional half bath which is helpful for groups. Bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hand soap & basic essentials so you can settle in quickly. Modern finishes keep everything feeling fresh & easy to maintain during longer stays.

    RE: CLEANLINESS... Overall the place looked very clean but when we wiped up a few coffee grounds on the kitchen floor, the paper towel was black... so the floor had been swept or vacuumed but it looked like it has never actually been washed! The vinyl flooring is forgiving but that does not mean you should not wash the floor. RE: COMMUNICATION... There were a RIDICULOUS amount of emails from the concierge service, on behalf of the host. It was beyond annoying. That said, The host, Amanda was always prompt in her responses. RE: ADDITIONAL FEES... We had to pay a $25.00 nonrefundable damage deposit! What was that, other than a cash grab?! First, if it is nonrefundable, then it is NOT a deposit! Second, we are very careful and clean guests so we thought this was wrong to ask us to pay for less mindful and disrespectful behavior of others. RE: COMFORT... The sound of the air conditioner extremely loud in the lower level where you sleep. RE: OUR CHECK OUT... Prior to check out I received an email request to take out the garbage, run the dishwasher, and throw in a load of laundry. I have never heard of this! Why would any one choose to stay in a short stay rental over a hotel? Lastly, the business license posted on the wall a the entrance had expired. During our visit to Kelowna, friends told us that it is now actually illegal to operate short term rentals in Kelowna. So overall, not the best experience.
