Located on the 11th floor, with direct Ocean Views, in one of Daytona Beaches premier buildings. This well-equipped 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers space for the whole family. Great open floor plan allows easy entertaining. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large pantry. High ceilings throughout allows the sunlight to flow through the property. The split floor plan is great for a little bit of privacy. The primary bedroom offers breathtaking views, a Kind size bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, oversized bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The guest's bedrooms each have queen beds, large closets, and separate bathrooms, one of which is also en-suite.

Just 5.5 miles long, the city features coastline on both sides: the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west.
