Stay And Play At Our Place!!! Sunshine Village

Everything was well stocked. Great property!

The location is great & the size was great for our family of 4 but it for sure needs some TLC & updating. The heater in the living room would not work, kept going on & off which was annoying so we turned it off. The ladder on the bunk beds is not secured onto the bed & was a bit sketchy to climb up for our son. The mattresses were very stiff & not comfortable. The front door deadlock did not engage all the way. Also, be prepared to have to deal with loud/partying younger people because they are all over this complex & woke us all up both nights we stayed. Not anyone’s fault but a heads up for families with kids.

This place was great for everything! The proximity to the mountain, cleanliness of property, property manager responded within mins, comfortable house with great little touches like extra throw blankets, games, TV. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access and fairly clean home. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked well enough. However the condo is not noise insulated so beware that you are on the bottom floor and you will hear every noise from the condo above. Otherwise good layout and stay.

Great location and hosts were very accommodating with answering any questions I had about the property during our stay. Good amenities on the property as well.

We had a great stay at this Mammoth cabin. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential items we needed, and the bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. The hot water was instant, which was especially nice after a long day out in the cold. The cabin also has a small outdoor patio, which was a nice bonus.The location is very convenient—close to both Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge, making it ideal if you’re skiing or snowboarding. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.

The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. During snowfall, there was no snow shovel available to clear the snow in front of the house. Overall, we had a great stay.

Everything met our needs. Very nice place for the two of us. A good place to just relax.

This condo was easily a walk to many eating places and Vons. Enough space for the two of us.We plan to return either in the ski months this year or next year.Golf was amazing at Sierra Star. Snow Creek is less desirable as the fairways were not in good condition, many grounds issues.Definately want to visit again and will!

Everything good but no dishwasher tabs

Everything about our stay was easy peasy and we couldn't be happier with the cleanliness and all the household supplies that were thoughtfully provided.Ample parking right outside, very centrally and conveniently located and within easy walking distance to the grocery store and many restaurants of all types, plus the main event, it's about a ten minute drive to the lakes where we fished to our heart's content.

The location was great and very easy to get around in town. Our first experience with doing an air B&B and it was great!

Clean, well appointed condo in quiet area. Near lots of restaurants and great hiking.

Good value for the money. Clean and the furniture was in pretty good shape. A few minor things. Coffee maker wasn’t very clean. The area rug had an edge that curls up and can trip you if you’re not paying attention. Just minor things though. I would stay there again.

We loved our stay. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. The place was very clean and well maintained. I texted with a question about a parking permit and got a response within minutes.

everything was good.Two suggestions, place more emphasis on outdoor cooking grills, and replace the manual hand held can openers in the utensil utility drawer, neither open well.

We had a great time at Sunshine Village! This little condo has everything you need for 4. Cozy, comfortable, clean and instructions for everything readily available. All we worried about was what time we were getting on the mountain. This condo took care of the rest!

Came on a ski trip with my son and his friends. Great location, great space. Loved the bunk beds for the kids.

Condo is just as pictured. Great location with super easy access to the Eagle Lodge. Would stay there again. Only complaint is the pillows. Place needs some good quality pillows!

My wife, son and I had a fantastic stay at this condo. It is centrally located in town, and allowed us to get onto the mountain within minutes. The condo was clean, well furnished, well stocked, and very comfortable. Parking was right in front of the front door, which made loading luggage, food & ski gear very easy. They also did a great job of plowing the parking lot in the morning and afternoon, as it was snowing while we were there. We'd definitely return. It's perfect for a family of 3-4.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We enjoyed the snow showers and fall color. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

This property was great! Everything is close to each other in Manmoth but this is just a few minutes from a grocery store, tons of restaurants and bike rental place and even pickleball courts! Clean and cozy condo. Loved that even though it’s one bedroom you can sleep 4 so you can have a private bedroom. Hot tub was great and we used it every night. Hosts were super responsive to all questions during and before the stay. Definitely would come back if we come back to Mammoth!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend vacation at this cozy condo. The location is central to many Mammoth sights. It’s central to the grocery store and several restaurant options. The fireplace was such a nice touch and the quilts helped to keep us warm. Communication with hosts and check-in process was super easy.We recommend this condo if you want a convenient, cozy, and happy stay.

We thought the condo was just perfect for our family of 3. My son loved the alcove area with the bunkbed - he was in his own space, but still close enough to his parents to feel comfortable. The home had all of the amenities we needed, including coffee, sugar, toiletries, etc. The condo was central to all of the restaurants, sights and other areas we explored. My one critique would be that the bed would creak whenever we moved in the night, which woke me up a few times.

All in all ok, but there were a couple of things that could have been better. 1 no network tv, that meant no football games. That's a tough one for two guys. 2 shower definately needed a rubber mat. I slipped and almost fell in the shower. 3 the mattresses on both the master bedroom and lower bunk need to be replaced, well past their worn out date. We communicated these concerns to the owner but never heard back.

We had a wonderful time. Just a nice place to relax and forget about the daily challenges of life. The condo is just right for two people to comfortably enjoy. Thank you

I enjoyed everything about this property. Very comfortable and clean. So many nice touches and extras that made me feel welcomed and at home. Parking very convenient directly in front of the unit, having a pool/jacuzzi and sauna was a nice bonus. Host does a great job of providing detailed information to make the stay very easy. Loved the super convenient location, just a block or so from grocery stores! Would definitely stay at Mike & Shelley's Sunshine Village VRBO again, five star all the way!

Clean, comfortable, functional, convenient. Friends who stayed at other properties in town, who came by for dinners, may be in competition if I try to book again next year. p.s., I almost never submit reviews of anything, good or bad.

Very convenient and close to everything. First floor condo so made for easy coming and going. No w/d In unit but there is a laundry room on premises.
