Unit 116 - Holiday Isle. This 1st floor direct Gulfview condo is a 3-bedroom 2 bath unit sleeping 8. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom includes a separate shower and a bubble-jet tub to relax in after the long days on the beach right outside your door. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bedroom and the third bedroom includes a twin over a twin bunk bed and a queen bed. All bedrooms include a television. The 2nd bathroom is a combination tub/shower. This condo is furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and the wide-expansive balcony offers incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. While this condo is on the first floor - it does not limit your view of the beach.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, pickleball/tennis court, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach. Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower, washer & dryer, bed & bath linens provided.

Smoking prohibited in the facility. No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred during peak summer season.

    The condo itself was the perfect size, the pools and location were great. The condo had bugs. Attempts to reach out through VRBO reservation were unanswered. The phone number we had for emergencies was to the HOA. Three days after complaining to the front desk (twice) and catching a cleaning crew asking for help the bug man came. The stove top was so dirty when you cooked it smelled like burnt food. The lamp shades needed a major dusting. The automated text for check in and out were efficient, but no response when attempting to text back for assistance with the issues.

    The condo was clean and nice. Convenient to the pools and beach access. The indoor pool was worth its weight in gold. You never really know the weather you are going to get during a March spring break. It was cool and rainy for most of the time we were there so the pool saved the wife and me from the kids, if you know what I mean.

    The overall property is very nice and convenient. While property is beach front, it’s a bit of a hike for older folks. No major issues with the unit but could use some maintenance. Main bedroom bed frame was broken, top bunk side rail was broken, box spring in 2nd bed room was broken and mattress’ in both rooms are past their prime. Kitchen Utensils were limited and pots and pans were only small sizes making it difficult to cook meals for family of 6. Also, the cable provider was apparently out all week as there was no service. Overall the property was a great stay, just need to be clearer on the description so family’s bring additional items to meet needs of stay.

    Overall amazing stay with no complaints! Highly recommend for families with small children. Walking distance to several cute restaurants.
