Stayed Mar 7, 2025The location of this place couldn’t be better! We had no issues getting to the spot and skiing at Steamboat is just in walking distance! Comfortably fit 4 guests!

Stayed Jan 19, 2024The unit and amenities were great. Location is great. Parking is a nightmare. If you don't plan on having a vehicle with you, this place is perfect. Close to the free bus. But if you have a vehicle, finding a place to park and getting back to the unit will be a struggle. Overall great place, as advertised.

Stayed Dec 15, 2021Great, bought two airmatresses because of the bad reviews for the couch. Left them in the closet for others to use

Stayed Jul 16, 2021Great location, easy slope access. The actual bed was perfect and comfortable. The 2 pullout couches were terrible. The kids ended up sleeping on the couches. If you have more than a couple in your party I don’t recommend this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I will start out first by saying the location was perfect. Easy walk to the slopes and great view. However, the unit was very dated, the fire place was out of order, the upstairs bathroom door wouldn’t even close and the two pull out beds were in terrible condition. Parking was a nightmare. We were told we could park both of our vehicles on the property initially and then had to move one on the second day of our stay to the resort office a mile away for the remainder of our stay. The dumpster was running over with no way to put trash in. Both Coke machines (West & East) were completely sold out. I normally don’t write bad reviews ever but this left a lot to be desired.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place has not seen much love over the years and it shows. Heat dies the first night and the solution was to leave the fireplace on all day/ night. So unless you were 3 feet away or upstairs you froze. The pull out beds were terrible even by pull out bed standards. We arrived to a plugged toilet. If you plan on cooking prepare to be disappointed. Kitchen is small and inefficient making it impossible to do much more than boil water. Location is the ONLY plus.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit I stayed in was a little dated but the space and accommodations were perfect. I would recommend replacing the carpet and THE BED!!! Easy cheap items to make guests stay more comfortable. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again for that reason. STS #106

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was clean, welcoming and it is right next to the slopes. The only down side is both sofa bed mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the pull out frames slanted at an angle rather than holding you horizontal. That being said we were soo tired after our days on the slopes we all seemed to sleep well, we cooked our meals in the kitchen and had a wonderful 3 days of stay. I would definitely stay here again- i just might bring sleeping bags for the kids since we can drive from where we live on the front range.
