Luxury Downtown w/ Rooftop Hot Tub. Spacious luxury 2 bed, 2 bath condo located in Canmore's premier Spring Creek Village downtown location. This recently renovated condo nestles in the trees with the most amazing views of the Three Sisters and Rundle Mountain, all a short 5-minute walk to Main St Canmore. A meander around Spring Creek Village offers excellent restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, restaurants and amenities, as well as tranquil creek-side trails and children'splaygrounds.



The Space:

Located 15 minutes from Banff and approximately one hour from Calgary, this home away from home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely South-facing covered patio to enjoy a glass of wine or early morning coffee, and the fresh mountain air. Wood floors, granite countertops, gas fireplace and high end furnishings complete the luxury feeling. The bed and bath linens are 5-star hotel quality, and professionally laundered. The space is professionally cleaned, following our strict sanitization and disinfection protocols, so you know you can stay with confidence.



The apartment is on one level and is best suited for families or two couples in 2 spacious, well appointed bedrooms. The king master suite has a huge bathroom with a soaker tub, separate shower, dual sinks recessed in a granite countertop, and heated floors. Relax in bed and watch TV or cozy up in the chair by the window and admire the mountain view. The spacious open plan living area boasts a separate dining area for 6, and a living room with 2 plush sofas and a huge stone fireplace. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the main bathroom with a walk in shower and heated floors. The south facing patio offers incredible views, seating for 2 and a gas BBQ grill. Complimentary underground heated parking for one vehicle is provided.



We love where we live, and we love to share it with guests, so when you stay with us we welcome you properly, with added touches such as freshly roasted local coffee locally made, 100% natural Rocky Mountain Soap bath and body products. The entire apartment is kept clean using only eco-friendly cleaning products (no nasty chemicals here!).

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, and it is not shared with anyone else. Guests may also use the hot tub, games room and fitness room, which are shared amenities for the use of all building residents and guests. Hot tubs are shared before 5pm, and must be prebooked for private 30 minute slots from 5-10pm.



The Neighborhood:

Spring Creek Village s is in a fabulous downtown location just 5 minutes walk to Main St, yet close enough to the highway to allow a quick arrival and exit to your adventures in the national park and surrounding areas. The Stirling Lounge at The Malcolm is literally next door, and the best coffee shop in town (Eclipse Coffee) is on Main St. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops,bars and shopping opportunities in downtown Canmore. Getting Around:

Canmore is small and easy to get around on foot, by car or by public transit. There is public transportation around Canmore, and to/from Banff. and Lake Louise. Information about Canmore Roam Transit timetables are provided in the condo. Public transit within Canmore is free. Transit to Banff and Lake Louise requires pre-payment, and you can pick up tickets from Rusticana Grocery Store and the Town of Canmore office in Downtown Canmore.

We are professional vacation managers who live in town and will happily offer as much or as little support as you need during your stay.     A nice roomy 2 bedroom . Soap and lip balm were a nice treat! Parking was good and also storage area in parkade for our bikes. No hair blower in 2nd bathroom. TV channels were not great…no golf and limited sports. Close to walking and biking trails. Close to downtown and restaurants. Very nice and quite!

    Unit was clean, comfortable and views were lovely. Only drawback was slamming doors (couldn't be sure if it was front door of the complex or neighbouring Malcolm Hotel service doors) until quite late and starting early. Not the host's fault for sure, and we would still stay again!

    We had a great stay at Spring Creek Serenity. The team was very responsive and informative. Location is amazing and amenities in the building make the stay easy and fun. Only complaints would be limited/basic cookware and less than ideal washing machine state. Otherwise we were perfectly happy here and would stay again in the future.

    Property was lovely, clean and just as pictured with a view to die for. The Three Sisters sat outside and drew our attention on entering the condo. Management notified us of an issue and were understanding in helping us through it. Wonderful stay— we all had regrets in leaving the beauty of nature, the great condo, the lovely town of Canmore And the fun of relaxation and rest.

    All I can say is wow! Great location, we had not been to Canada before and had planned a girls trip to Banff but didn’t want to stay in the bigger town. Canmore is adorable! From the shops to the food it’s a way cozier feel and a quick drive into the national park. The condo was well kept and had all the amenities including coffee and laundry soap. The host was easy to get in touch with and really appreciated the building having a cleaning service so minimal check out list. Will definitely be coming back to stay in this condo.

    Lots of good to say - the location and view are among the top reasons to stay here, but they also have two bathrooms and a very spacious living area. Two minor issues - very firm mattresses; the rental company mostly communicates in automated messages and do not reply to anything prior to your 4pm check in time (several calls/messages unanswered over months).

    The apartment was amazing, immaculate with everything you could ask for. Close enough to town to wander in at night and in a new exclusive area next to the board walk. Beds were luxurious and firm which suits us. Lovely big kitchen, dining area and lounge, with a nice balcony seating area with great views and a gas bbq. Having access to free secure parking, hot tub, pool table and gym are added bonuses. Canmore is so much nicer than Banff, which seems to have been taken over by cheap tat shops. Owners kept in contact and ensured a smooth stay but never felt intrusive.
