Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was in good shape and very clean. All bedding was good. The recliner chair is tired and unstable; it should be replaced. Unfortunately we were there during unseasonably cold weather and had to endure 3 days of intermittent heat until the condo association decided to transition the system from cooling mode to heating mode. This was definitely not the fault of the rental agency.

The unit was clean but had some dated furniture. The kitchen could use more pots and pans and utensils. Beautiful view of the pool from the balcony.

There is everything you need included in the unit and there are beach supplies in the storage unit. Onsite gym was nice and it is convenient to everything on Marco Island.The only things I wish I had known: 1) Although the condo is on the beach, it is a 10 minute walk to the water once you hit the sand. It is the longest beach I have ever seen. Be prepared.2) Pool is nice but closes at sunset (locked). We would have liked to swim later but couldn't.3) View from the 2nd floor is not that good - mangroves block the water view. If that is a concern, you should book a higher floor.

We had a great time at this location. The apartment was very clean and the view of the pool are was fantastic, staff is very friendly and our overall experience was great, we will definitely stay here again

Everywhere we went on the premises you needed one of the 6 keys on our key ring. A keycard would be so much easier. Our unit was clean with the exception of finding a Cheeto chip in the bedding when we checked in. We had to wait around all day for a housekeeping crew to come and remake the bed. They had no explanation for its presence in the bed either. There are signs everywhere stating rules and restrictions of South Seas. It sure takes the fun out of the moment when you are inundated with nos.
