Painting and spalling for lanais for this unit will be take place sometime between October - November 2026. ***Subject to change depending on weather. We will offer 10% off the nightly rate if the lanai (1.5-2 weeks for each of the lanais to be completed) is unusable during your stay.

Work Hours:
Construction noise will be limited to 9 AM – 5 PM per house rules. However, in cases where weather delays cause schedule setbacks, contractors may start as early as 8 AM on certain weeks, as needed.

Lanai Use:
Guests can use lanais after 5 PM once contractors finish for the day. For extensive repairs, red tape barriers will mark unsafe areas. Your rental agent will provide updates if your lanai requires closure for safety.

Privacy:
For your privacy during work hours, we recommend keeping your curtains closed.

We offer ONE free parking. Parking garage height restriction is 6' 7. As long as the vehicle is 6'7 or under, you'll be able to park in the structure. For any additional vehicle, the building valet is currently $45/day with 24 hour service and unlimited in and out access.

Guest are welcome to use all the amenities the Ilikai Hotel has to offer with the exception of the exercise room. There are two pools, one on the lobby floor open daily from 7 AM - 7:30 PM and one on the 2nd floor open daily from 10 AM - 6 PM. There are trash chutes and laundry rooms available on each floor.

The Ilikai is centrally located, although restaurants, beaches, and shopping are all within walking distance if you would like to explore outside of the Waikiki area we recommend renting a car.
