Splash Resort/Low Floor! Beach Chair Service INCL! Amazing Views

Overall the condo has everything you need for a stay at the beach. Resort was good for our young child.

Super easy check in! Short elevator ride to and from pools/beach. Clean and convenient. Great place to stay!

My friend and I came with our 3 little ones and we had such a great time. Very good and prompt communication, the condo was updated and clean. It was a little chilly so having a heated pool and hot tub was perfect! Will definitely be booking again!

I spent the last week of August 24 with my wife in this apartment. I highly recommend this place because it has very good service. In addition, the price includes beach service. We really like the Splash resort, we have been coming here every vacation since 2012. I hope that the next vacation will also be spent in this apartment because it is great. I highly recommend it

Had a wonderful time at this location! The owner was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating with things. We loved the view of from the place and the kids loved the bunkbeds. The room was next to the elevator which i was concerned with noise but it wasn't a problem at all. My only major complaint was the elevators are slow and the carts sometimes arent put back right away so checking in and out can be difficult but definitely had some help with the owner which made it easier if we werent aware of the problem. I recommended packing extra stuff for use of the appliance, they supply with about 2 loads of laundry and dish washer use, and small little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. About a day or two worth. The property has some tricky things to know, like the lazy river had floats but isnt clear which ones are guests and the facility's. So go earlier and they are easier to tell. The second is, once you check in in your room, go to the beach stand and check in for your beach chairs. They are assigned! So you have to come and hope for the first row, you do have the option to move up or closer each day as people check out but we werent lucky. Overall, would stay again!

The condo was very nice and clean. Amazing views and great location on the beach. Lots of amenities!! Amanda was also great to work with. Will be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Splash in Amanda's 6th floor condo. It felt like our home away from home. Some of our favorites about this condo, besides the obvious (adorable condo right on the coast!!): parking on site, beach chairs and umbrella, unit close to elevators for ease with young kids, laundry in unit to come home with clean clothes, fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds and soft bathroom towels, plenty of patio furniture on balcony, games in sideboard for when the weather didn't cooperate, and Amanda! She was so wonderful to communicate with and really wanted us to feel at home. We can't wait to be back in the future. Side note: If you like donuts and DELICIOUS breakfast sandwiches, check out Thomas donuts just down the road from the condo!!!
