Our condo was comfortable and home away from home. The beach view thoughout the house was beautiful and all the accommodations met our needs. The owners were so easy to communicate. I would definitely recommend to anyone . We will definitely return .

Beautiful condo! The hosts were in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure that everything was going great. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It has amazing views! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a few meals, and I really appreciated the handful of coffee pods that were there for our arrival. I hope to stay here again on our next trip to PCB!

Im a very picky person and this place was absolutely perfection!!!! Perfect for my family of 5. Julie the owner is amazing to work with. Everything was beautifully clean and taken care of. Perfect access to beach the view is out of the world. We didnt need for anything as the home was stocked with toys, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs!!! We didnt have to buy any of that since there was some for us. Most places give you one sample and thats it. If you need a wonderful, COMFORTABLE, BEAUTIFUL, QUIET, PERFECT LOCATION THIS IS THE PLACE!!!!

Great location! The room had everything we needed for our stay. The owners communicated throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Also extra stars for thinking about us moms with babies. The room came with a highchair and a pack n play. Once less thing I had to worry about packing!! Can’t wait for our next trip!!

This is a very nice condo, well stocked kitchen, and CLEAN! We had everything that we needed and was able to just enjoy our time at the beach. We had a wonderful time and look forward to booking this property again.

The condo was spacious and so happy that we had the extra space of the MIL suite. No issues with checking in or checking out. The condo was clean and the pool attendant was courteous and kind.

This condo was amazing! It is a corner unit on the 12th floor and has amazing views. Parking was always easy, check-in was simple, and there was hardly any wait for the elevators. We had great communication with the owners and the only issue we had was a smoke detector chirping and they resolved that quickly. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own balcony and all the beds were comfortable. Shower in the main bath had excellent water pressure. I have nothing negative to say about my trip other than my stay was not long enough! Looking forward to staying here again soon! Camille

I cannot begin to state how happy we were with these accommodations! They were just as pictured and honestly nicer than the pictures. We rented the 2BR unit + MIL Suite combo which gave us ample space plus peace & quiet when we needed it. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. Even though I did bring some of my own kitchenware, I did not need it at all. The beds are comfortable and the views were stunning. We spent the mornings on the beach, and then headed to the pools each afternoon after the kids napped. The food they served in the pool area was very good and reasonably priced. If you're looking for the right condo to rent, this is the one!

This place had everything we needed. We stayed at the end of August so it may have been less busy than peak season which was great. The kids had a great time and we enjoyed the lazy river, the on site ice cream shop, and all the amenities! Would recommend for sure.

The condo was beautiful and everything was very clean and well maintained. What really sets this apart for me is the communication with the hosts. We had an issue while there and they responded almost instantly (and it was a Sunday) and corrected the issue immediately! Brilliant experience is just what this was! View was gorgeous! Accommodations were lovely and CLEAN! Hosts were exceptional!!! Will definitely use in future visits!!

This place was very nice. Loved that the 3 bedroom was like its own room. Loved that each room had its own balcony.

I loved the layout of the condo. I was able to have my own space in the 1201A portion so I could get up early to walk on the beach and not disturb anyone. The elevators can be a challenge around check in and check out times but it was totally worth it.

1201 East was awesome. We loved that it had the apartment connected to our condo. The location was great as well. Julie was great to reply. We would love to stay here again.

We have never spent vacation at PCB and now, I don't think we'll go anywhere else but there! Condo was very clean and nice! Everything we needed was there. If we had a question or issue, Julie was very prompt to answer back and get things taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Great location, owners easy to work with and responded quickly to any inquiries. Check in and out was easy. Floor plan is the best giving everyone their own space. Really enjoyed our stay!
