Stayed Jul 7, 2025Shower doors were broken and had to be balanced with doors open to shower. Thank God it didnt fall and hit us. Someone elses hair in the shower upon our first day. Owner sent a cleaning lady to look at the shower doors for repair 2 days after complaint. She did nothing. Bed is so bad we had to sleep opposite direction. Other small things. We forgot some clothing in closet, owner claimed he would ship them and refund us 50 in exchange for a 5 star rating. He did neither. Splash was great but this has to be the worst unit there. Dont rent unless desparate. I have all conversations and pictures of unit to verify and back uo everything stated here.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This place is located inside the splash resort with a lot of amenities included. Our family of 4 with 2 boys 7 & 9 fully enjoyed our stay. The condo was as described and we had a beautiful view of the beach! We will be returning and definitely recommend. We read multiple reviews before booking most were negative comments about the elevators but with so many families staying there it wasn’t more issue than expected. The pools and restaurant onsite are the best part about this place. If you dont want to venture out you dont need to everything you need is there.

Stayed May 8, 2025Was just an escape from reality that was needed more than anything lol. Property was awesome, so much on site conveniences from lazy river to the pools and splash pad and direct access, candy shop and Alvin’s Island directly connected to the parking lot. If traveling with family and you children this is the most ideal property because of the amenities on site in pcb. Room was clean and modern and up to date, all linens and towels provided. Nothing bad to say about anything, close enough to anything in the heart of pcb but just on the outskirts enough where it’s nice. Look forward to staying at this property again in the future

Stayed Aug 29, 2024We came with a teenager and a toddler. The room was kid friendly for all ages. Being right at the elevator was perfect (I am terrified of heights), we did not have to look over the outer balcony. The room was clean and had everything we needed and more. Splash staff was all very friendly and inviting. 10/10 would stay here again!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The condo itself was very good. The elevator at property had long lines and wait times and the pool had poop floating in it from all of the kids. They said there was an adult only pool but all pools were full of little kids. The beach and location was great.

Very clean, easy check in , prompt response from the host and easy to reach the owner for any help. Kids loved it because they had the big splash pool and here’s pool down and very easy access and walkable distance to reach the beach. Good place for sunset
