Splash! Gorgeous Beachfront Water Park, Lazy River, Beach Service included

The only thing that was frustrating was when we checked in after the 4:00 check in time we still and to wait 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned.

A bit dated, not a lot on-site options for food. Water park is great for smaller kids, my 11 and 9 year old didn't care much for anything but the pool. Our glass door to the patio didn't lock! That was super upsetting!! Overall it was nice, but I wouldn't stay again. For the price, I would prefer a hotel/resort with room service/towel service. PCB is slightly dirty in comparison to the other beaches we typically stay. Not sure we would come back to this particular beach either.

I loved everything about our stay. The place was extremely nice and the view from the livingroom was unbelievable. I wouldn't change a think. The memories we made there will last forever.

Was surprised at how well equipped condo was. Had more supplies than most offer

The room was clean & had everything we needed. The host was good at communicating with me before and after check-in. We were thankful for the beach chairs/umbrella! The view from our balcony was perfect. The only thing negative I will say has nothing at all to do with our host but the SPLASH management- we could not use the hot tub even once because it was overrun with very small children the entire time.

The condo was exactly like it was described on the website. The view was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again. There were a few minor issues. There was only two washclothes for the whole condo to use through the week, there was no spatula or cookie sheet available in the kitchen. We ended up going to Dollar Tree to purchase (wash clothes and spatula). The shower door in the main bathroom was hard to open and close even with the note on it to lift up. There was no dish rag in the kitchen to wash dishes just a sponge. Other than those minor issues, the condo was great.

It was a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very friendly as well, and when we came someone had already toddler proofed the place which was great having such young kids. The condo was very homie and just an overall amazing experience and my kids loved the pool and the water park area

My husband and I just spent a week in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the daily beach service. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo was clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to PCB. Highly recommend this condo!

The condo is so clean! My 6 year old loved the splash park and my 2 year old loved the splash pad! It was a great place to stay with kids!

We had a great stay!! There was plenty of room for everyone. The view is amazing! We saw dolphins, sting rays and a manatee from the balcony. Definitely would recommend this rental to friends and family.

Johnathon was an absolute phenomenal host. He informed us ahead of time of an issue and offered a full refund. Honestly the issue didn’t interfere with my experience at all. The condo was absolutely beautiful along with a fantastic view of the ocean. My kids loved the beach toys they provided! They also provided beach chairs, umbrella and a tent! We overall had an amazing experience! We would definitely book again!

Our condo had everything we needed with some extras that came in handy like a couple beach chairs, some beach toys, booster seat and a pack-n-play. We had such a great time in this condominium! We had 7 families that booked condos throughout Splash and it suited us all so well. Another plus is how responsive Jonathan was to my messages before and during our stay! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time. The kids loved the splash pad and the lazy river. The toom was clean. The bed was comfortable. This has been the best vacation experience we havehad in a while.

First unit we’ve ever stayed at that was fully stocked! The unit had everything! The view was wonderful. Our unit was beautifully decorated.

Our family had a great stay at Splash Resort! The room was great as there was plenty of space and it was very clean. The beach chairs were a huge plus as well. As for the resort itself, I do have a few recommendations. There is only one hot tub in the resort and it is horribly located right beside the children’s water park area so kids were jumping in and out of it constantly. They have plenty of spots to add in a few more which would be a huge plus. The lazy river that is listed is nonexistent as it didn’t work and it’s just basically another pool area. The Riptide Bar also was very inconsistent with hours as it seemed to just close whenever they wanted and didn’t stick to their listed hours. But in general, the resort was very nice and well maintained.

We had a great time. The water was beautiful. Condo had all needed amenities and was clean and we had plenty of room. Great location in the area. We really liked the on-site amenities in the bar and ice cream place.

This condo is the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. We had a great time despite the double red flags. We had no issues and would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay at the resort. The resort needs some updating but the pools, water splash area, and lazy river was great! The bar area and simple restaurant was so convenient! The host was super easy to communicate with, the condo worked out great for my family!
