Splash 904E - Beachfront, Pools, Lazy River, Waterpark, West End, Free Golf

Room was clean and decor updated. On one side of the bed, you cant plug in a phone charger w/o pulling the bed away from the wall so I just didnt charge it at night, AND there's always the issue of not enough elevators at Splash. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here

We had a great time staying here. The family really enjoyed their vacation.

Let me first start out by saying that this condo was lovely. It served its purpose. The furniture was comfortable, the mattresses were great, and the aesthetics were pretty. We travel a lot and I wouldn’t feel right not at least listing the things that we notice as avid travelers and what we feel others would notice. Again, please note that this condo was very nice and has a beautiful view, this is by no means a list of things to be critical or turn future renters away!!! 1. Something that I noticed right away and I feel most people would notice are the shower heads in the showers. We didn’t pay an arm and a leg for the condo considering it was fall break, but during peak season I’m sure the prices go up, and what what we paid and what other may pay the shower heads are not good at all. Please update them to something nicer than the basic heads. This goes a long way in the comfort of a place people are staying 2. Kitchen items: 1. Ice maker in fridge does NOT work. Owners may want to get that fixed bc we kept having to buy ice. 2. There is not can opener- for having a full kitchen in the condo this is a necessity. 3. Pots and pans were old gross and worn out, they need to be replaced. 4 l, the handle on the toaster is completely missing and you need a new one. 3. Extra throw blankets on couch and more extra blankets for bed, 4. Couch is super stained- may want to get an new one or reupholster 5. Washer and dryer are definitely getting old and leaves lint with each dry

This unit was clean and updated. Great views and great location. Peaceful and quiet with easy access to beach. Great Kids splash pad and nicely setup bar/concessions area for adults. READ THE AMENITIES AND ASK QUESTIONS... The parking costs extra, the king bed was not very comfortable, the onsite store and ice cream/coffee shop left alot to be desired and was only open until 2pm. The $25 Dave and Busters card is only $20 in reality, the kitchen needs more cookware, the beach service is extra(like the parking) but is listed as an amenity and the bath tub needs caulking and new stopper in tub because the one in there is completely broken. I know these are small details to some but I feel like the advertisement/listing is a bit misleading on some things. I definitely feel that the king mattress needs to be updated to memory foam or at least some sort of new mattress. It literally made both of our backs hurt. We did enjoy our stay and did have quick response time from Panhandle.

The condo was nice. Would just suggest leaving larger skillet. :-)

This was our 2nd stay in your condo. We love it. This time some of the furniture was showing its age. The bed in the king lockout suite needs completely replaced. The soda sleeps needs replaced. And both other bedrooms the mattresses need upgraded. Also extra blankets sheets and pillows would be nice.

Great time at Splash Resort Condo 904E. I have 4 stars for cleanliness only because the bunk bed stairs were obviously dinghy brown from footprints over the past several visitors. Needs to be cleaned and painted. The caulking around the garden tub in the master was peeling and needs to be re-done. Outside of that the condo was nice and neat with fresh bed linens and a clean fridge. I wish the kitchen was better equipped but it had enough for the basic needs I suppose. Elevators were fast and never an issue. Pool/Splash pad was cold but we enjoyed our time on the beach most of all. Would recommend this unit and resort overall.

We loved our stay at this condo! Beautifully decorated, felt open and spacious, very clean, no issues with appliances or showers, etc. The view is fantastic!! Great furniture inside and out. Our only complaints are there was no can opener which I had to borrow one from a family member staying in another condo a few floors up, no whisk unless using the hand mixer, and the dishes/cups could use some replacing with more in quantity. We were short on bowls and some cups on meals, but not a big issue we made it work! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Everything was clean. Horrible storage for the bunks. Kitchen was poorly stocked. We did buy a can opener and left for upcoming occupants. Definitely could do better in the kitchen since this is a family condo. Everything else was wonderful. We had trouble checking in since we we arrived after 6. But texts were prompt and helpful.

The unit was in overall good condition. I would suggest redoing the caulking around the bath tub. Light switches were very tricky but not really a bother. Elevator wait time was horrible.
