Stayed Dec 26, 2021We arrived late at night. The room had tools in the floor. I called the front desk and they informed us they where working on the bathroom. We had a worker in and out for 3 days of our stay. They did give us the extra room so the kids would have a bathroom to use. And also have a free night for both rooms. It was just an unfortunate event to have to deal with.

Stayed Jun 10, 2022On site staff does not help you at all with your Check in. It’s all by a email. And our key codes didn’t work as others had same problem. Had to contact panhandle on phone to fix issues

Stayed Oct 18, 2020Well, here you go: Dishwasher didn't work, which we reported, kitchen sink faucet loose and difficult to shut off, freezer door didn't want to shut and ice was built up along the bottom, bedroom floor wasn't finished and subfloor was exposed, shower had some mildew, living room furniture was nasty (I used a 2nd set of sheets to cover where I sat), bedroom sliding door very hard to open, side windows and tv were covered with handprints, floor was sandy and had fuzz balls in it, exhaust fans in the bathrooms were dirty, many light bulbs were out, which we reported, and lastly pocket door between the master bedroom and bathroom when opened all the way is impossible to shut again-there is no hook on it. Maintenance had to open it for us.
