Splash 804W - Beachfront, Waterpark, Pools, Lazy River, Free Beach Chairs & More

The room had everything we needed and the amenities were perfect for when you need a break from the beach or the ocean is just too rough. Highly recommend and will be back. The only negative we had was you do have to wait for the elevator awhile sometimes but all large buildings will have that issue.

This was a great stay- please be aware there are no drawers or dressers though.

We had a great time. There was plenty to do for all of my kiddos.. ages ranged from 4-15. We enjoyed being right on the beach. We had a nice view from our balcony.

Nice Condo, Nicely decorated, nicely stocked, comfortable bed, great view, quiet for how large the property is. There is a Keurig, so bring pods or your own coffee maker. :)

We had a great stay, will definitely look at staying here again. We really enjoyed the amenities of the property, the convenience of the location, and the cleanliness of this particular condo. Would recommend!

Amazing View, Stores and Activities were close, Family and I rented a boat and sailed to shell island, Condo had everything we could need.

The cleaning issues from prior recent reviews have not been addressed. Mildew and mold in the bathrooms. When we arrived, a cleaning staff member was watching NASCAR on the couch in the living room. The on premises water park had cloudy water. This is probably from the birds that are nesting above the pools and the crowding from people. In the unit itself, dust and gunk are all over the fire sprinkler heads including the one above the top bunk which is only 3 ft above. From a maintenance standpoint, the master shower head fell off, the overflow cap on the tub was so full of mold that it popped off during a bath and wouldn’t fit back on, the master toilet seat is chipped, the second bathroom shower door was rusted and would not open. We arrived on a Thursday and registered these maintenance and cleaning requests via email per their instructions. After several attempts to resolve over the phone, no response or resolution was offered. So we left on a Saturday morning to book up the street for the remainder of our vacation.

Easy check-in. Great beach location! When you’ve had enough sun, the splash park is a excellent place to escape to. We had a wonderful time and are planning on booking this trip again! Side note: The elevators get quite busy and you do have a lot of stops and waits. That is really the only downside.

Overall the kids had a blast and we were right on the beach and didn’t have to leave the resort for much. Pros: The condo was right on the beach. The kids (5 and 3 years old) loved the splash pad and pools…this is where they wanted to spend all day every day. The condo was right on the beach and our view was beautiful, the apartment looked just like the picture and pretty clean on the surface (details in cons). We loved having beach setup with umbrella and two chairs every day. Cons: While the apartment was clean…at a closer look there was mold around the tub that my husband had to spray with Clorox himself. The shower curtain was molded and dirty when we first got there. I called maintenance and a new one was delivered but not installed. I had to install it myself. Ugh!! The couch was stained as othered mentioned but to be expected since it’s white. They may want to bleach or replace the couch covers. The elevator was slow and there was always a line trying to get on. On and off the entire time, there was like only one working elevator…with people getting stuck. We had to take the stairs a couple times from the 8th floor. The stairwell was dirty and not well maintained. You can’t check-in until after 4pm but be aware the amenities desk closes at 5pm. While the paperwork says the security guard can provide a parking pass and amenities band, please know the security guard, once we reached him, said that he didn’t have it and we had to wait until 9am when the amenities desk opened. Not that it was bad just caused confusion…there were others as we were trying to check-in that were confused as well. I still gave four stars because despite my cons the kids had a blast and our view was awesome.

The condo was beautifully decorated and had wonderful views. I believe we were the 1st to rent the unit. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances and finishes were brand new. We enjoyed our stay. There was one issue with the unit: the entrance door lacked adequate weatherstripping on the bottom of the door. The wind blew thru and created a howling noise in the unit. My husband had to place towels at the base of the door to stop the noise. Beyond that we would tent the unit again!
