Stayed Nov 16, 2025We did have some issues getting in day one but the communication was fast and we were able to get inside. The floors also had water seeping up between the cracks so that was an inconvenience during the stay. They were also working on the condo directly above us so we listened to grinding and sawing a majority of the week. The condo could definitely use some updated pans that didn't have the non stick coating all scratched off, plus pot holders would be nice.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Slight hiccup at check in when the door code would not work but the staff was responsive and helpful. Condo is showing lack of maintenance with multiple items needing repair but decor is updated and fresh feeling. Beach view is beautiful and peaceful from the patio at each bedroom. Pools and beach were overcrowded but it is summertime so it’s to be expected.

Stayed May 1, 2021Great resort, great location and tons of fun! However, looking closer it’s time for a deep clean and maintenance look over. Our feet and socks were so black from dirty floors. Tables, stools, patio table pocket door lock all have loose screws, main keypad door lock needs tweaking, patio light bulb changed and steam the furniture/rugs. Please note that the 3rd bedroom, in-law quarters, is detached. We thought our children could sleep there but it was an entirely different condo next to the main condo. It does utilize a shared entry.

Stayed Mar 20, 2021Upon arrival, we were missing toilet tissue for the rooms, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher soap, etc. Property looks as pictured, but is in need of a good deep cleaning beyond regular maintenance. Mattresses are stained under the sheets,, the couches are badly stained, air vents have mold in every room (could use an air quality control test in unit) asap. Staff was quick to provide items missing (listed above). There's a lot of noise at this location, but is kid friendly with lots to do of you don't mind busy peak season.
