Splash-3rd floor 2 Bedrooms Free Beach Chairs

It was decent booking for the price but there were fees we were not notified about along with advertising free beach amenities when there was none available to us like beach chairs and umbrella. As well as pool and hot tub was not fully functional or accessible. Location was very nice.

The view of the beach is awesome, the room was nice.

Rained one day but the next day was great

Had nice beds. It was a little overpriced for the condo. The pools were nice, but too many people breaking the rules in the pool area.

I just have a couple things.. The master bathroom toilet needs a new flaper The water just runs unless you shake the handle. The blow dryer in the master bath is broken. But we had our on. All outlets are worn out and need to be replaced. When you plug something in it's very loose and falls out. Cleaning crue needs to check the dishes when they empty the dishwasher some of the silver wear was dirty. The plastic cooking utensils need to be replaced. Dish washer has strained team. But other than these couple of things and the rain it was a good stay.

Loved the size and location of the condo. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday. The condo is in a large complex and I noticed that Saturday was hectic with people checking in and out. We had no problems checking in on Friday. With the condo being on the 3rd floor we were okay with taking the stairs when the elevators were backed up.

We have stayed at SPLASH several times. We love the property. It has the alot to do for the kids, so great for families. Also, there is never fighting over chairs at the pool. We were there for a week and never had an issue with getting chairs at the pool for our family of 5. The beach is beautiful. This condo was extremely clean. My kids run around bare foot or just socks. And their feet stayed clean. NO BLACK FOOT!! To be honest there was only one issue with this condo. The master bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. But besides that it was perfect. And the condo owner will respond to your questions very fast. He is great. We will definitely be staying again.

This is a clean, affordable place to stay right on the beach. The included chairs/umbrella setup was a plus!

We had the best time. This was our first stay at Splash and I haven’t been to PCB in years. This listing and the host were top notch. There was no detail missed and even chairs included at the beach for us (which is usually $250 extra for the week in Destin where we normally stay). 10/10 recommend this resort and this host/listing! We will be back again and again!

Very clean! Love this room! Love that it was on the third floor. no problem with the elevator, we took the stairs?

It was the perfect unit for my family of 5! Furnished with all things necessary as well. Accommodations were great and the Splash is a great place to be with children. We only had one issue with the A/C unit not cooling properly. The owner was responsive and while it did take approx 24 hours for a technician to come out and repair, the owner did get right on the request. We will definitely be back next year in hopes to stay at the same unit! Highly recommend!
