Stayed Jun 8, 2025Very happy with our stay at Splash Resort and with Southern as the property manager. Received very clear check-in instructions prior to arriving. Room was clean and exactly as pictured. Dryer wasn't working during our stay, Southern responded to text right away, compensated us for the inconvenience.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024This unit needs to be updated. Sofa bed was stained. Mattress for sofa bed was also stained. Although we only stayed for 4 nights, management did what they could to resolve other issues we had.
