Stayed Sep 19, 2023Condo was clean and comfortable and of course the location is the best! EXCELLENT communication with property management any time I had a question. The master bedroom was super comfortable, but pillows were hard in my opinion. Would be nice to have a softer set as an option. Also nice to add more plates/bowls. We cooked multiple meals there during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. I was disappointed that the condo description is a bit misleading. You receive only 1 ticket/offering per activity per day which means if you're a family of 5 like us, you pay for the additional 4 tickets for the activity. I dont know why that can't be listed in the description. Overall it was a lovely condo. We've been coming to Splash for years and I would stay at this condo again.
