Spectacular Water Views and Short Walk to the Boardwalk

Very clean. Very cozy! Beautiful View!

Perfect Bayside location for a relaxing sister getaway. This condo was so beautifully decorated inside. My sister and I kept talking about how beautiful it was inside. The pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. The condo was well stocked with pots and pans and kitchen items. We enjoyed, cooking and sitting out on the balcony watching the people below fishing and the boats going by. The condo unit was quiet. I am not sure if its that quiet in peak summer dates, but for us it was perfect. We walked over to the board walk in the mornings to go walking and to catch the sunrise. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. The host was wonderful; he promptly answered all of my emails prior to our arrival. The condo, rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the comfortable couch and watching TV some evenings. There is an elevator in the building which was nice to get luggage and groceries in. The key-code door also made check in great as we didn't have to pick up or drop off an actual key. This condo works well for 2 - 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. You won't be sorry renting this unit. We will definitely be back for our Fall beach trip in 2026.

Great location! Fishing off the pier, beach and boardwalk a couple blocks away. Clean, cozy and accommodating.

Check in was hassel free, no waiting went right to unit and entered code and was inside, unit looked just like pictures, great beach atmosphere. Loved the coffee bar, kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. Bathrooms a bit small and outdated but was very clean.

We vacation to OC every year and this was by far the nicest and cleanest rental we’ve stayed in! The decor and vibe of the condo was welcoming and cozy. And you simply cannot beat the view of the bay from the porch! Location is great, walkable to the beach and so much more. Condo was decently well stocked with necessities, and check in/out process was easy. We will for sure be back to book at this one! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The nautical aesthetic and ambience better acclimated us to the beach vibes. The kitchen was accessible and bathrooms were clean giving a homey vibe. Of course we loved the amazing bay view.

The property was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The mattresses were comfortable. The private balcony and outdoor furniture were perfect and the view was breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants, bars, and the boardwalk was convenient. We would highly recommend this property! The only negative was the noise from the construction taking place in the condo above us.

The condo is adorable, well stocked and really clean. The neighborhood was quiet even with a large music festival. Communication with host was excellent. I'm extremely picky about cleanliness so that and the fabulous waterfront balcony were my favorite parts of this stay. We hope to return.
