Guest Registration Packets for Phoenix West II must be purchased from the HOA Property Manager, and they are not included in the cost of your reservation. This packet includes your parking pass. Parking Passes are $65, plus tax.
Each Guest Registration Packet includes:

*Amenity bands (all persons in vehicle)
*Code to Fitness Center
*Rules & Regulations to be signed
A maximum of 2 parking passes can be purchased from the front desk upon arrival.

-Boats, trailers, RV's, 4 wheelers, Uhauls are not allowed to park on site. We do have a off site partner we work with that we are happy to share their information.
-Each vehicle must be tagged or risk being booted/towed. If booted cost is $195 - $210.
-Guest parking is level 2-12
-Extra passes are based upon garage capacity.
-Vehicles not tagged are booted or tagged; both require payment

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

    We liked the unit especially the lanai size and furniture. Some of the kitchen supplies were not great but Leanne did a nice job addressing any issues

    The condo itself was perfect. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay with family. My mom is in a wheelchair and the condo was no problem. We went during a really busy week and had to wait 15-30min multiple times for an elevator. The Oasis is very family friendly so there were a lot of kids and families with small children. The lazy river and pool areas were very busy. They had a DJ outside who played a lot of rave mixes so the vibe was a little chaotic for me but we just spent more time at the beach. I’d recommend this place for families for sure.

    Enjoyed ease of access to unit and building amenities. Beach view was wonderful from the nicely furnished balcony. Visitors should be prepared with a VPN for phones and tablets as internet is unprotected and has no password.

    Awesome week in Orange Beach Alabama September 30 through October 6. The property was awesome. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed the pools and the lazy river. The only drawback was the carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced.

    We stayed at this unit for a month. The condo is very well decorated as it appears in the pictures. The problem was there were numerous small issues upon our arrival. Some of them probably could be overlooked if staying for a week or less but not for a month. Also with the price of the rental we expected better. The experience was made much better with the outstanding help of Holly from Island Rentals. She lined up 2 service guys that took care of all the issues in a short period of time. This condo could be very good with regular maintenance.
