Stayed May 30, 2022Excellent stay. This place was clean and updated, just like the pictures. We didn't need to contact the owner because everything was clearly explained in the check in/check out instructions plus everything in the unit was in mint condition. It's about 8-10 min walk to get to the beach. The pool is excellent too. Parking was good. The luggage/grocery carts available at the lobby were a plus. Most restaurants in the area a very good except for Whale's Tail. And the Village of Baytowne Wharf is a must see. Will stay here again.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Great place just off the beach, the condo was neat and orderly. For the price, it was 5 Stars. We love the Seascape area and Ariel II building. So close to everything. Watched some beautiful sunsets off the balcony. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect getaway! Thank you!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Over property was just as it was described. The views are amazing. They have everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. We had an issue with check-in (the property was not ready when we arrived) but the owners were quick to resolve and did make it right.

Stayed Oct 4, 2023Great long weekend over fall break. Ariel Dunes and Seascape Resort is one of our favorite places to get away to just relax. Great restaurants close by and easy access. Condo was great. Very clean and tasteful decorations and furniture. Great king size bed too which is a must for us. We will be back. Located on 14th floor, so the views are a great added bonus.
