Stayed Aug 23, 2025We had another wonderful vacation at this property. The view is great even in an afternoon rainstorm, with a double rainbow as a reward! All points in southern Maine and the north shore of Massachusetts are an easy drive. We enjoyed the free entertainment at the Seashell and the fireworks, which can be seen from the deck. Thank you Chris for sharing your place. We are already looking forward to next year.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This was the perfect vacation getaway. Chris has thought of everything. Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The view was spectacular! Bed was very comfortable. Had an issue with the parking lot clicker that Chris dealt with quickly. We were so happy with everything that the day we got back home, we booked again for next year.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025Your property is very nice and comfortable so much so that we are thinking of reserving the place next year. Recommend replacing the frying skillets as the Teflon coating was coming off. We purchased our own rather than using those provided. The property was well supplied with everything else that we needed. The condo was nicely decorated.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024Our beachfront condo Was everything I hoped it would be and more. The condo was very clean and quiet in the ocean view outstanding. Our October stay was a last-minute decision and it being the off-season allowed us freedom to come and go very easily. I will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Location of the property was perfect, and the gated parking was very convenient. We were able to leave all the beach gear in the car and grabbed it on our way to the beach each day. The balcony was nice, with a great view of the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids slept on the pullout couch, we brought sleeping bags and fitted full sheet with use for them which work perfect. Would recommend this condo for couples and small families.
