Spectacular Views and a Waterpark in our Gorgeous Splash Condo!

The location is what has us going back to Splash! It’s right on the beach with beautiful views and the condo is near the end of all big condos so less people. Splash is a great place for kids— multiple pools, a lazy river and kids play areas. There is a crate on the beach where you can grab sand toys/floats for the week or leave yours for another family when you leave. We could easily walk across the road for amazing ice cream and anything we needed at Alvin’s Island Store. While we love splash, we wouldn’t pick this specific condo again for our family. The condo definitely needs some paint throughout the entire space and updated furniture. We are a family of 5 and couldn’t sit at the table together for our meals and couldn’t all fit in the living room unless someone sat on my lap. We had the same issue out on the balcony. If you are a family of 4 then I would definitely check this place out!

What an amazing stay and glad we had a nice clean place to call home for a few days while there. Magnificent. And the views - there's literally no better place. I think we found our place to stay in Florida every year in the future!

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at while in Panama City beach. Will definitely stay again.

Process to to rent, check-in, check out was really convenient for us. We rent every year at Spalsh resort and always enjoy it.

This was our 11th year in PCB and 2nd time visiting Splash. The unit was clean albeit a bit rundown. Some pros - probably the best starter supply sets we've ran into over the years, great view, elevators weren't too bad even on busy times, and a lot of great amenitiea on site for food, drinks, snacks. The unit however reminds me of a newly purchased condo with secondhand store, mismatched furnishings, dishware, and rusty appliances We elected to handwash items as the dishwasher had excessive rust on interior. Some things just to be aware of - no coffee table, no pantry for your food, and bring a collapsible hamper to transport your laundry from the back hall to kitchen table to fold. It is an ok unit, but not up to the standards we are used too. Splash no longer has a game room as was in the listing pictures so we had some upset kids. I did email the property manager with all this feedback while we were there. Management company was quick to reply and address issue experienced with balcony door on day 1. In the end, you are at the beach on the quiet end of PCB with a beautiful view. With a little investing in the unit, it could be a really great property moving forward.

We have finally found our spot after 8 years visiting the Gulf coast trying a different resort each year. Splash was the favorite of all 6 of my family, and our extended family traveling group!

I feel like I hit the jackpot with this condo; The environment was family friendly. I would 10/10 recommend . We are going back again for fall break.

This condo had the perfect setup for our family of four. The room was clean. There were plenty of towels/linens, etc. The only suggestion I have is to please invest in a complete set of pots and pans :) I know these items get banged up in rentals but the current pans were pretty bad. Other than that, everything was great! Our kids loved the water park and lazy river. Having restaurants on the property made it super convenient. The elevator definitely gets backed up on peak check-in/out days but that’s just how it is in condos so nothing we weren’t expecting.

Great place to stay with kids!

Last minute vacation with family turned out to be a success. Check in process was easy, took no more than 5 minutes. Kids loved playing and the water. There was some issues that did not affect our stay really that could have been better. There was no working blender, some of the decorations was broken on arrival and just placed, I did fix them though. There was chocolate on one of the curtains that had not been cleaned. There wasn’t a lot of dishes, glasses. The dishwasher did not work at all, and had mildew in it.

The condo was clean and comfy! While there, we heard so many complaints from other guests about their experience with the company the chose to book with. If you want to book with a company that will take all the stress out of vacation planning, and will be responsive with great customer service, book with Blue Swell! They checked in multiple times with us to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. Won’t book any branch trips without booking through them!

The condo itself was clean & well stocked with everything we needed to cook through the week. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The only down side we found was limited seating in the living room, our group of 5 (2 adults 3 kids) couldn’t comfortably sit together in the living room.
