Stayed Jul 3, 2024I will start with the unit was great for the 4 of us, good space and beautiful views. The resort was maintained and the staff was friendly. However, the property management company, Vacasa, wasn't amazing. It started with the 10 digit key pad combination. I had messaged with concerns because it timed out a few times at first. After trying to get a physical key for an hour, come to find out there isn't a physical key. Then the second night the battery in the key pad died, locking us out of the room for over an hour. With little help from Vacasa, they told us to change the 9Volt battery. The locksmith came and changed the battery, and agreed that the 10 digit key code was overkill.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo was neat, clean, and average. View was exceptional. Check in was easy. Didn't use the stove, coffee maker, or microwave. Didn't really like not having a towel service. Toaster was too small and wouldn't accept bagels! Negatives would not prevent a rebooking though. Overall good experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The room was out dated and had not been cleaned well prior to checking in. The beds had hair and other materials on the sheets and hair was all over the bathroom floor. I had to take a broom to the tile floors and wipe several surfaces clean. The kitchen was equipped with a nice refrigerator, stove and microwave.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We booked last minute. Never been here but we loved it. The kids enjoyed everything the view, beach, and the pools. The rental was clean and nice. Wonderful time spent in this renal.
