Located in the heart of Canmore in luxurious Rundle Cliffs Lodge, welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom & 2 full bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 5. It's a pleasant 10 minute walk along a mountain creek to Canmore's vibrant Main street, groceries, shops, restaurants & pubs. Bridgette Bar and the new Spring Creek Market by Rusticana are open and located in Spring Creek.

The condo has luxurious finishings including hardwood floors, granite countertops, and travertine tiling and has unimpeded views of the Fairholme Mountain Ranges. Our gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with supplies to make cooking up a storm no problem! The spa inspired bathrooms have heated floors and the suite has luxurious hotel linens throughout. Relax after a day on the slopes in the amazing outdoor infinity hot tub with breathtaking mountain views! Equipped with WIFI, Cable TV, Netflix (own account req'd), a heated parking spot and balcony, you'll have all the comforts of home which makes this the ideal base for your Rocky Mountain adventure!

The hot tub, gym and billiards room are all open. All of these amenities are common to the building. Note: We do not have control of building amenity closures such as hot tub maintenance and repairs.

Access to the suite is flexible via a coded lock system. One parking stall is included in the underground heated parkade. A storage cage to lock your toys (Skis, Bikes, Golf Clubs, etc) is available to use during your stay.

We pride ourselves on fully stocking our suites with all amenities our guests require for a great stay: hotel linens (sheets) and towels; all bathroom necessities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, make up wipes); fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, dinnerware, glass ware, baggies, alcan, saran wrap, salt, pepper, spice rack, sugar, coffee filters and more! You just need to bring food and beverages, and enjoy your holiday! Ask if there's something specific you need and we'll try to provide it! Baby accessories available upon request.

This suite is part of the Mountain Vista Property collection of luxurious accommodations in Spring Creek. We have several suites from 1-3 bedrooms available for short and longer term rental. Manager lives close to Spring Creek and will give you privacy for your stay but is available if need be! Please don't hesitate to reach out and ask any questions!

**PLEASE NOTE: SAME DAY BOOKING WILL HAVE A 6:00 PM CHECK IN. THIS IS DUE TO LAST MINUTE CLEANING SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS.

PROPERTY PET RULES: By proceeding to book this property, you agree to all the pet policies listed below if you are bringing a well behaved dog:

1) One well behaved, trained dog up to 50 pounds is welcome to stay in the suite. NO dog under 1 year old is permitted.
2) The pet fee is $150 plus taxes and does NOT cover additional damage that the dog causes in the suite. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
3) Dog must stay in a crate when owners leave it in the suite alone.
4) The dog must not leave excessive hair on the furniture, and you should bring dog blankets should the dog want to sleep on the bed or go on the sofa. Any damage to the white linens in the suite from the dog will be charged back to you (muddy feet, torn linens, unremovable stains, etc). We leave beige dog towels that you must use to clean the dog prior to entering the suite.
5) The dog CANNOT be left alone in the suite unless it is crated, and it CANNOT bark or howl disturbing other guests. A security company may be called should your dog be making excessive noise and the callout fee of $200/callout will be charged back to you.
6) Dogs are absolutely not allowed to use the balcony or patio as a bathroom. Additional charges will be applied, and you will be unable to stay with us in the future.
7) We’re sorry but NO cats are allowed in our suites due to allergies.
8) Any exceptions to the above-mentioned pet policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance of your stay

    Everything about the condo was perfect..literally everything we needed was provided - from kitchen supplies, to a cooler for day trips, bear spray and so much more. The property itself was beautiful (we saw elk on our walk) and was an easy walk to the cute downtown area. Finally, the hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. One of the best places we’ve ever rented in all of our travels!

    Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 older teens) stayed for a week in early July. We could not have chosen a better home base for our adventures throughout Canmore and Banff!From the amazing trails right in Canmore (as easy as a picturesque walk along the Bow River, an energizing quick hike to the Olympic facilities, or an intense climb up to Ha Ling) to the more popular hikes in Banff (Johnston Canyon, Ink Pots and Helen Lake), Rundle Cliffs Lodge was a convenient and lovely place to start and finish each day.Whether we walked to Main Street Canmore or picked up groceries for a dinner ‘at home,’ we were comfortable and relaxed, enjoying the gorgeous mountain views and crystal clear water just outside the balcony.Kim provided all the information we needed to be completely prepared. Every detail was thought through, with helpful tips, labels, and a no-stress checkout (instructions to not strip the beds!! It felt like a treat!) Highly recommend!

    The property was beautiful and spacious. There were 4 of us (2 couples) staying in town for a wedding and there was plenty of room for all of us to get ready at the same time. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning, exploring town and banff during the day, and chilling in the hot tub. Would recommend and will definitely rebook when I'm back in Canmore!

    Excellent property, we loved the Spring Creek development. Very professional owner/manager. Thoughtful touches, I cannot suggest any additions or improvements, they thought of everything (including supporting locally). The hot tub is only steps down the hallway, enjoyed watching the elk grazing on bushes from the deck too, it was great!

    We stayed with our five year old and infant and it was a great condo for us. Our child loved the hot tub and the kitchen was filled with everything you need to cook, including plastic cups for kids. The beds were comfy and the fireplace was perfect after a long day out.

    Can’t recommend enough. Location is great overlooking the creek/mountains, dowtown shops as well as grocery stores are a very easy walk, and the unit itself is very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and we hope to again return.
