Spectacular Location -Golf Tennis and Pickle Ball

We had a great stay. The villa is very nice in all respects -- nice furnishings, many small details which make a vacation like this so much easier (e.g. the host supplied coffee filters etc). The villa is situated at 8th tee of golf course and the view is beautiful. The course itself is very nice as are the tennis/pickleball facilities. Very good supermarket nearby. Highly recommended. Suggestion: we managed fine with 1 car, but at times my son and I wanted to golf/tennis and wife wanted to do something else; 2nd car could have been helpful although we managed fine without.

Every winter when we come to the desert we stay in different condominiums to have different experiences. This condo has the prettiest view yet - pond, golf course, mountains. The owners also include a guest pass to the Health Club, which is an outstanding facility! The condo is nicely furnished and is ideal for 1 or 2 couples. The owners were very responsive and super helpful. Last but not least, the next door neighbors were delightful. So nice to enjoy a glass of wine, while watching the sunset, and be able to talk to people who are so familiar with the area. We highly recommend.

The unit is clean and neat as a pin. It has a great view of the golf course just off the 9th hole tees. One could easily just sit at the patio table and admire the beauty of the golf course and the mountains. It is very relaxing. Dianne communicated well and easily, and she clearly wanted us to have a good visit. Also, she left little things in the kitchen and bathrooms that made a our stay easier. We felt completely at home during our entire visit. We would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It's in one of the best locations of the complex with incredible mountain and golf course views, quiet street and so close to a pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with tools and condiments. The bed was so comfy I was sad to go back to my own! We used the pool and hot tub every day and the pool floats were greatly appreciated. It's in a very convenient location in Palm Desert and took less than 20 minutes to get to hikes, shopping, downtown Palm Springs and the interstate. We would love to stay again in the future.

The condo is situated in a perfect spot for viewing golf, the mountains and sunset. Morning coffee was great to watch the birds. Comfortable space, comfortable bed, large Master bath and bedroom, well stocked kitchen and the condo was stocked with paper products not always found in a condo rental. Desert Falls CC is a fun course with challenging holes and it is semi public. Friendly community close to the grocery store, shops and central to visits to other parts of the Coachella Valley. Loved the pool right across the street from the condo. The neighbors and community are very friendly. Dianne was great to communicate with throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

Fantastic place to sit back and relax. Patio looks out over pond and golf course. You can watch the sunset over the mountains. Roomy compared to some other condos I’ve seen. It may not be as modern as some you’ll see online but the space and patio/view more than make up for it. Kitchen stocked well with dishes and pans although we BBQed every night. The grill needed some TLC when we arrived but once we took care of that, we used it every night. No need to go out to eat ever if you don’t want to. Great groceries stores within 4-5 miles. Loved how close the pool. Would definitely go back.

Dianne sent condo and check-in info ahead of our trip. Nicely appointed condo with a view of snow-capped mountains beyond the Palm-tree-lined golf course from the back patio. My spouse and I noted the well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, bar, and incidentals in other rooms. DR glass topped table that seated 6 was useful. The MBR TV/Cable was not initially operational, but it was approved immediately for a service call on the next week day. We had Christmas afternoon in the unit with our daughter, son-in-law, and 4-mo-old granddaughter. A great vacation week.
