Spectacular Gulf Front, HEATED POOL/HOT TUB, Premier Location, Emerald Isle

Our host had excellent communication and checked on us several times by text during our stay. She provided recommendations on things to do and see in Pensacola, provided specific info for check-in, and took care of registering our vehicle for on site parking. Condo was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our family vacation. We would definitely stay here again!!

The views were gorgeous!! The place was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. It was well equipped snd the bedrooms were comfortable. I loved the master bath shower. The host answered our questions quickly and was very helpful. Our group if 5 had an awesome vacay in a beautiful place everyone loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Kim was great to work with before our stay and during our stay. She made sure that everything went well for us. We would definitely like to stay again. In fact, I already spoke to Kim about possibly booking again next year. This condo has great space and more privacy since it is on the end. We really enjoyed the extra space that the 3 bedroom condo offers, and my kids really liked having their own rooms. Emerald Isle is so close to everything, and we have stayed there several times. It is our favorite place to stay in the Pensacola area by far. Thank you Kim for a great stay and for taking such good care of our family! We had such a great time!

Great host! Accommodated a last minute stay and communicated so well. The property is as described and is better than the pictures show. Great corner balcony, 3-5 min from the condo to the beach (mostly elevator ride) and even shorter to the heated pool and hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and had everything we could want or need. It was very spacious, and the 180 degree views were incredible. We especially appreciated Kim's thoughtfulness throughout the trip. From the moment we booked, she asked insightful questions about our trip to ensure we had a good time, including proactively providing beach towels and a late checkout (allowing our kids one last trip to the hot tub!). Kim and the properly were great and we'd welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

This condo and host are excellent. The host went way above what she had to to make our stay great. The condo was very clean and had beautiful views. We will stay here every time we come visit our daughter.

The unit was clean and very nice. Check in was fast and easy. Would recommend for sure.

Great location. Walking distance to almost every restaurant. Property manager is amazing and there for you if needed.
