Welcome to beach front living at its finest! You have certainly found the perfect vacation get away when you stay at The Perfect Sunset in The Villas of Santa Rosa Beach. This condo sleeps 8. No attention to detail has been overlooked!

Walking inside you will notice, the unique cork wallpapered foyer entrance with elegant console. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms all with designer flair. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is located right acrossthe hall from the third bathroom.

The front guest bedroom has a king bed and is situated as you enter the condo. The ensuite bathroom has a walk- in shower with marble accents. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and is the perfect place to relax. Across the hall, there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower as well. Down the hallway, you will find the primary bedroom retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed. From the side windows of the primary bedroom, you can even see the Gulf of Mexico. The ensuite primary bathroom has double sinks with a marble countertop and a large walk- in shower. This bathroom is truly elegant place to shower off after a day at the beach.

Once you enter the open concept living area you will notice the vast expanse of rolling waves that beckon you to the beach. The windows give you a glimpse of what awaits you outside. The kitchen has Calcutta marble countertops and a Calcutta marblle back splash. There is seating for two at the kitchen countertop which is in close proximity to the round dining table that seats 8.

The sectional sofa is a great place to unwind. There are two swivel chairs to watch tv or gaze at the emerald Gulf water. Stepping outside onto your patio, you can relax on the dining chairs, table and 2 Adirondack chairs as you watch The Perfect Sunset, sunrise or just spend time listening to the waves roll in from the Gulf. You can easily enjoy coffee or a glass of wine as you look onto the vast expanse of waves and endless sand. This condo is located on the end unit of the first floor. You have unbelievable views of the Gulf from just about every direction as well as a grassy space. You are in close proximity to the beach walkover and just seconds away from the pool.

Location of condo is hard to top. It is located in Santa Rosa Beach along the 30A stretch from Dune Allen Beach all the way to Rosemary Beach. There is so much to do in all the precious coastal stops along the 18.5 mile stretch. You will not be disappointed !
