Stayed Aug 2, 2025First, the good.... we absolutely LOVED sitting on the deck in the mornings watching and listening to the waves. Also, the condo is located in a very vibrant area. Walking distance to a lot of attractions and places for food - which was great. Communication with the owner was great too. Unfortunately, once the live music started at the Brunswick, it was very difficult to enjoy the deck and even be in the room. One room in the unit was set back and much quieter, but that room did not have A/C so it got very warm with the door closed. Although we were aware of the music beforehand, we found the noise level to be more than we could handle and ultimately left a little early. If you plan to be out of your room for the majority of the time, this place could work for you, but the deck overlooking the ocean is what sold us on this listing and it was difficult to enjoy with the noise levels.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024We stayed here the last week of September so it was quiet, including the club below us. The unit is very nice, spacious and clean. Can't beat that view! We had some very minor issues at first but the host bent over backwards to make things right. He was highly responsive and accomodating to our needs. Thanks, Matthew!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Loved the room and view. A bit loud with live music right outside of the door. Great area to people watch. Not ideal for a 2 year old the music did not prevent her from napping. Would definitely stay there again.
