Spectacular Beach View! Right on Beach! Amazing views!!

The condo was amazing. Clean, great size, well decorated, cozy, and perfectly located. The property itself could use some updates. The host was so nice, helpful, and responsive. The beach was simply incredible. The views, the sunset, the water, and especially the sand could not be beat. The public beach just down the road has free yoga offered by Tranquility By the Sea mostly everyday and a public pickleball court where you can just show up and play. I wouldn’t even hesitate to consider booking this stay again.

Great Condo with great location.

The condo was very clean and a great place to relax. Beach can be seen from our balcony and was a very quick walk once out the door. Beach chairs and Umbrella both available - charge for umbrella. Condo had everything we needed for our week stay. Close to restaurants - walking distance or can take a trolley. Totally enjoyed our stay and would come back to this condo again. Ruth and Angelo very easy to communicate with - with instant response the few times we had questions.

We had a great time! The unit was wonderful, and beach access is very easy. My only suggestion would be that the listing photo be changed. It gives the impression that there is an oceanfront pool, but the pool in the photo belongs to the property next door.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Check-in was easy, and the host provided a lot of helpful advice about the area and where to go. One thing, however, was that the on-line listing mentioned a gym, and there was no gym on the property thst we could find. We really enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach was very nice.

Great views and location!

The property owner was very responsive with communication. The condo was clean and well maintained.

Owner communication was amazing. We were traveling by car over 700 miles so we did arrive slightly early and we were allowed to check in. The condo is clean. Well equipped. Some beach toys in a closet that was a nice surprise. Kitchen well equipped, however, very little counter space so it was difficult to prep food. We just used the dining table. The location is perfection. The small elevator is a bit of a challenge and it is very slow but a small price to pay. The pay laundry facility is right outside the door but we didn’t use it because it seemed like a silly expense. Others have mentioned the location of the pool being by the street rather than the gulf and I agree. It would be nice to have that. We didn’t really use the pool because of the location. It would be awesome to have a fitness center. Overall, it was fantastic. The condo itself was great. The condo complex could use some updating but we loved every moment.

The unit was clean and close to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect location close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. The kids had beach toys and had everything they could have asked for! Owners were very responsive, helpful and check in and out were super easy! will stay again.

Property was nicely appointed.

The condo was perfect for my wife and another couple. We loved walking around town and hanging on the beach. Quick and easy drive to Ed Smith Stadium for Orioles games. The place was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Owner was really nice and responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Crescent Arms condo. Nicely updated condo, clean, plenty of room and storage and great view of the beach and ocean. Short walk to beach and pool, easy to catch the trolley out front. Beach was beautiful, easy to get beach chairs. All in all highly recommended for a Siesta Key stay.

The ocean view condo was prefect for our small family vacation. Walking distance of restaurants on Siesta Key and the perfect access to the beach. Condo was beautiful and our weather was perfect.

Our family loves Siesta Key and we enjoyed this spot for its comfortable updates inside as well as the proximity, view, and access to the beach. AC worked great, comfortable beds, great water pressure, and more.

The pool is not conveniently located especially in the high 90° weather walking through a hot parking lot. Not sure if that’s accurately depicted in the property description when looking online. Otherwise the beach is beautiful and the unit itself was very clean.
