Spectacular - Beach front condo from 149 night - no extra administrative fees.

Everything was excellent. The host is prompt to respond to messages sent to him. The Condo is decorated very carefully and lovely. The host thought of everything that could make the stay comfortable, down to the smallest details.

As soon as you stepped into the unit, it was clean! It was updated beyond our expectations and such smart design from the numerous storage spaces to the quality of the furniture that required only a wipe down vs. covering up the fabric to avoid any mishaps. These owners provided quite a bit of extra necessities, such as laundry supplies, kitchen supplies such as sugar, salt and pepper and hot sauce, and bathroom supplies such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Loved the shower head system! There was even a Keurig machine and a good broom to use! I always bring quite a bit of supplies or buy it when we are there but going forward, I won’t have to. Yahoo! The owners provided lots of tidbits to assist with the TV remote, restaurant, etc. Love the owls on the patio, you could see that helped keep it a lot cleaner. These owners went beyond the call of duty, so we know where we will be staying in the future. These owners can teach the rest of the owners who rent out their units of how to make the customer happy beyond their expectations! Thank you so much for a wonderful condo! It makes us want to come back again and again.

The location of this place is awesome. Just minutes from pier park and it has a Marcos directly across the street. 2nd floor location was nice because it limited elevator time. The onsite restaurant is probably less than 50 steps away and it was really good. Definitely recommend this place.

Condo was in a great location and exceptionally clean and well stocked! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. We loved being in the 2nd floor! Host was quick to respond to questions!

We enjoyed this condo so much! Perfect location, didnt have to use elevators and right on the beach! Very clean and stocked with kitchen/bathroom needs. We are a family of 4!

We enjoyed our stay here. We always try and stay on the 2nd floor when at tidewater so that we are on the same floor as the walkover and do not have to use elevators, because they are terribly slow. Also the restaurant is only one floor below and we love being close to that too. The condo was nice and well kept, clean and well stocked. Only negative was the master bed-it was horribly uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock-very firm mattress. But some people like that, and it would not keep us from staying here again. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and we always really enjoy tidewater.

Perfect location and beautiful condo for our anniversary vacation in October! Loved being on the 2nd floor with no need for elevators. Everything was great including the weather! Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We will look at their 2 bedroom next time and invite some friends down.

Mike was an awesome host. Had issue with condo not being clean. He checked out issue then deducted cleaning fee an had housekeeper come clean. Fabulous condo beautifully decorated a great location. Highly recommend will rent again

A few days was good

Very good even with the Helene Hurricane issues. The Gulf became very angry and we found the pool experience much better!

The owners have went above and beyond to make your time here feel like home. New flooring, new furniture and everything you need to cook in the full kitchen. This unit being on the second floor eliminates the need for the elevators. Located right above the bar and grill, only one floor from food and drinks. Overall, great stay!!!

Everything I was looking for…nice place right on the beach. Also enjoyed that it’s on the 2nd floor and easy stair access to the beach. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you!

The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. The location on the beach was wonderful. Also the unit is very convenient for parking and so close to the garage as well easy to walk down to beach. The pools are also very nice. We had a great time

This condo was perfect for the two of us. It had everything we could possibly need. The owners did an excellent job in decorating and making it feel so cozy. This 2nd floor condo was super convenient. No elevators needed!
