This condo is a comfortable space with everything you need to enjoy a trip to the mountains. Appointed with a dining table for 4, laptop ready work space, a fully stocked kitchen, and balcony with patio set to enjoy the Aspen Mountain view, this vacation rental is a great choice for all travelers looking to experience Aspen. The lofted sleeping space is equipped with a queen bed, make up table and small dresser. The living room sofa pulls out to a full bed. The space is ideal for a single, couple or small family traveling together.



The convenient location, just 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen and 1/2 mile to the Aspen Mountain gondola makes this a perfect choice any time of year. In the winter you will enjoy the proximity to the ski slope combined with the quiet found in this residential neighborhood. You can store your skis at the mountain and take a leisurely stroll through town in the morning, stopping at the Spring Cafe for an incredible breakfast (their Huevos Rancheros is our favorite!). In the summer months you are just a few blocks from the popular Saturday market or the Rio Grande bike and pedestrian trail. Year-round this condo is a great place to enjoy your Aspen vacation with family or friends.



This condo is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed.



A window air conditioner is provided in the loft bedroom. Fans are provided for your comfort in the living and kitchen area.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.



Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 7 miles from Snowmass Village.

    The location was amazing, but there were a few issues we had with our stay. First issue was the parking situation. Online, it states: “Free offsite parking,Street parking available, Parking on site”. To me, I understood this as a parking spot on site of the complex. We had to find parking on the street and compete with skiers and construction vehicles. Second issue, weekday construction noise. On weekdays, loud construction noises began at 7:30am waking us up daily. So to say the least, we did not get the rest we were hoping for on vacation. Third, the bath towels were old, ragged, and stained. Not what I would expect for a vacation rental. The unit was a little outdated, including random gym equipment in the living room and no closet space. Overall, we had a nice visit, but again for the amount we spent, this did not match or exceed my expectations for this rental.

    Stayed three nights to visit our daughter who’s working her second season on Buttermilk. 10” fresh powder made it all the sweeter! Place was stocked with everything we needed, a cozy studio to return to. Walk or short drive to everything. Only concern was the very steep stairs to loft. We would absolutely book again.

    Great stay at this condo, property manager Pauline was very helpful. The condo was large and clean and within walking distance of slopes. Heated floors in multiple areas of condo which was nice after skiing. Probably about an 8-10 minute walk to Ajax Gondola and a short 2-3 minute walks to a neighboring bus stop that will take you to the Gondola if you don’t want to walk that far. Very close to grocery store City Market.

    We loved our stay! Location is a short walk to downtown shops & restaurants but still a quiet neighborhood feel. The unit is really clean & comfy with thoughtful, hospitable touches. Loved the wine cooler!
