Condo was nice. But I feel like it could have been cleaner. There was only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. There was someone’s snack trash in one of the drawers in the bedroom. The men working on the new condos directly behind us started at 7 am. There was quite a few questionable people at this condo. My vehicle was hit with one of the rolling carts. Our last night, there was children running across the rooms.

clean and close to the beach. the area is under construction because of Sally, however the owner has done a great job getting it ready for visitors.

The location was incredible, just across from the beach. Tybee property owner was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful and clean remodeled cottage. It was cozy but roomy. It had all the amenities. Close proximity to shopping restaurant and beach. We loved it and would definitively love to stay here again

Host was very helpful and communication was excellent. We were allowed an early check in when requested. Overall room was clean, walls very dirty in spots. The listing states there is a balcony, which is misleading. The only outside space is the walkway out the front door leading to the elevators and stairs.

This was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect and convenient. I highly recommend this property.

We really liked the condo. Cute decorating. Plenty of options for beach gear, including beach towels, cooking utensils, Wi-Fi, linens. Great location. Just a two minute walk (across a busy street with no crosswalk!) to a very well kept beach. Only real issue was the leaking of the cold water in the front bathroom. Made it impossible to regulate the shower temperature because it leaked so much water. Definitely needs someone to come fix it. Otherwise great stay. Would recommend.

The condo was perfectly stocked in a great location. While we didn’t go to the beach by the condo (our friends were up the road on the beach so we used their access), the pool and amenities were perfect. The condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Overall good. Clean. Air Conditioning kept freezing up at night. Sign said do not set below 70, however, we could not set below 73 or unit would freeze up. Beach access picture on site was not accurate and was pretty far from the room.

Communication & instruction were very easy . It was in a good location and easy access to the beach . It’s an older building but very well kept and clean . I would definitely stay again .

It would have been nice if there were bathrooms by the pool. There are building near the pool so I assume there could be bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped well.

Loved the location and the property. Just past the hustle and bustle of The Hangout area and there is a pass just across the street to the beach. Walked over to watch the sun come up... beautiful! Even though it was during spring break it wasn't noisy and was a great trip. Had a question for the owner and she replied very quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and two daughters had a blast. The condo had a nice old school beach vibe to it. We want to go back next year.

Clean and nice

The property is small but quaint and cozy. Close to everything and across from the beach. No crowds, just the perfect time to be in Gulf Shores! Will do it again!!!

Visiting to look at wedding venues. We really enjoyed our stay!

Only one elevator worked during our entire stay. Kitchen had one pot and one very worn skillet. Beach access is across the street which can be pretty busy.

Very convenient short walk to beach. Easy check in procedure. Nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood. Very cute and cozy place to stay.

Most everything was great. Owners let us know about an issue that arose before we arrived! The washer had a couple of issues but overall it was a GREAT stay!

Everything was just as it was described, clean and inviting. Easy access to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and had quick responses. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall very nice,pans could use a upgrade( although I know alot of people dont cook on vacation) .Some of cleaning crew on third floor dropping hair and lint off balcony (which was kind of disgusting),pool guy smoking while working.

Cozy place with all the amenities anyone could need.

Internet was really bad a lot noise at night we find a condon under the sofa bed sofa bed was broke no door in one of the bathrooms somebody try to open our door on our second night stay smell in bathroom really bad this was really bad experiences
