    This condo is centrally located on sanibel…easy drive to anywhere on the island. It is a small complex (only 6 units) and is exactly as pictured. The main bath is dated, but clean and functional. The best feature is the giant lanai where the hurricane windows/sliders open to allow a great breeze. If you’ve ever stayed in a beachfront unit and had a hard time opening and closing a hurricane slider leading from the unit to the lanai, you will appreciate this one is just a regular size/weight and easy to manage (the hurricane windows are outside, surrounding the lanai). The unit is only a few steps from the beach and you can take the chaise lounges to the beach and return them when you are done. There are beach towels provided. There is a beautiful rooftop patio just outside the door. Overall, a very nice place…I would definitely return.

    The overall property was good. We liked the open wall between the bedroom and living room. Great balcony with plenty of space. Everything you need for the kitchen. Plenty of beach towels and anything for the beach. Large master closet but only one sink in the master bath. On the downside we could not get the keys/locks to get to work. No one was available on Sunday so we called again since they do not check voicemail over the weekend. A locksmith came and fixed them both on Monday so we could go out and lock up. The carpet was so stained. First who puts carpet at a beach property? The furniture was nice but have two dressers which we did not need. Open up the space. The master bath you have a tiny toilet next to a tile shower with no space to place your shampoo or bath gel. I used the other bathroom so I had a ledge to shave my legs. Only a couple of pots one small and one very large. Need a few more sizes. Overall if the made a remodel with updates that would be perfect. The outside space was nice as well.

    This condo was perfect for us! The view was amazing! We loved that it was right on the beach. The lanai was great to eat and lounge with the view and fresh breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Chairs and umbrellas were available for the beach as well as toys for the kids. Loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend this condo!!

    We had a fabulous vacation in this area of Sanibel Island. However we were very disappointed in the condition of the apartment. Linens were clean, beds were comfy, all new kitchen appliances, lots of dishes, plates, bowls etc. BUT unfortunately the rest of the apartment was very shabby. The carpet was obviously old and stained in places. The sofa bed was just downright grimy. Lot's of the incidental side lights didn't work even though we went out and bought new bulbs. The shower door and grouting in the main bathroom was badly cracked and rusty. I have taken pictures to back up my comments. The electric wiring in the unit was just dangerous , being draped and hanging over doors, A whole electrical 4x4 box was totally open and uncovered. The very small washing machine was useable but the whole inner core was cracked and broken which caught on anything other than towels that were put in it. Something very big and rough must have been put in it at some time. The Dining table was badly marked and stained and all the cushions inside and out were very shabby. There was a beautiful cabinet full of shells and sea glass that would have looked stunning if had been able to be lit. A/C was good and efficient but very noisy, maybe needs servicing. As we said, the position of the unit is fabulous, beautiful full-on beach views, beach breezes. The outdoor roof top seating was a glorious place to relax in the early evening before going out for dinner. We did comment to Kingfisher Vacation Rentals while we were staying there and they promptly replied letting us know that each unit is individually owned and they have little control over any updating done on individual condo's. We did look at a couple of others as they were being vacated and cleaned and it just confirmed our opinion of #8. As we said we do have photographs of what we are talking about if anyone would like to view them we would be happy to forward them.

    Very nice condo with beautiful sunroom. Sunroom was great for morning coffee and nice sunset in late afternoon. Entire building has 8 units and this one is on top floor. Excellent location. You step out of building and you are right on the beach. You can't beat that. Nice kitchen, living room and two bedrooms.Washer/dryer units were properly working, but the are bit outdated and should be upgraded, but that is just minor upgrade. Would love to rent this unit again. Great condo on beautiful Sanibel Island. .
