Spacious Upgraded Oceanfront Gem, Great Views, Sleeps 6, Flexible Check-in Days

Andre is attentive. The sunrise and sunset patios make a cute, comfortable condo exceptional. The condo complex is in a family-friendly part of Ocean City, but close enough to the boardwalk and other amenities for a quick trip by car. The staff were smiling and cheerful, which makes requests feel easier and boosts everyone’s comfort level. I would use the space again without hesitation.

I enjoyed the condo & had everything I needed. The parking fee is 50/car/week. I got my parking pass at 4 on Friday & when I got to the 16th floor, there was a man outside the door asking is this your room?. He said he needed to turn on the pipes. I had trouble with the lockbox, & he told me his key was in his car. When I got the door unlocked he came in with me. There was cleaning stuff everywhere so I assumed he was a housekeeper. He asked me twice if I was staying alone, which I was, but I lied b/c I felt unsafe. Before he left he told me he worked in the building. I went out for groceries & when I came back he asked if that was the second car for my room, which it wasn't. My friend arrived on Saturday & he was planning to leave Monday. On Sunday, this man followed us outside & announced my room # & departure day in front of several other people because he wanted to ask me to turn on the washer. I felt uncomfortable again so I contacted Andre. He asked the man to not contact me & informed me that he was the head of security & that he shouldn't be there the next day.I left a day early because I didn't feel safe staying alone. This man had a key to my room & I had no idea who heard the convo with the room # & departure day. People who do bad things don't always work alone. I want to make sure that other solo travelers are aware of this before deciding to book- I don't want anyone else to feel unsafe. I loved the place, but won't ever book again because of this.

We stayed this past weekend. Communication was excellent. Place was nice and clean. Very spacious. We enjoyed the view from both balconies. Will definitely be staying again.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay! Unit was clean and spacious. Great amenities on property and fantastic views from both balconies (ocean and bayside). Appreciated the abundance of beach accessories. Perfect rental for families with easy beach and pool access and prime location. Host was responsive to inquiries and check-in was smooth. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips to Ocean City!

Great place!!

My family and I stayed for a week and June and couldn't have been happier with the unit. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. There was plenty of room for my wife and I as well as our 3 kids. The bunk bed setup worked really well for us. We also appreciated the beach equipment that was available for us to use. There were umbrellas, chairs, a beach cart, some toys and a boogie board.

Periodically, I need to reset myself, and the spectacular ocean front views were just what I needed!

This was our family’s third visit to this unit! Again, it did not disappoint. Each year, we look forward to the beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. It is a great location - near restaurants, ice cream, shopping, groceries. The unit is very well-maintained and has great accessories for the beach. We appreciate the updated appliances too!

Perhaps the nicest unit we have stayed in ever. We have been vacationing in OC for 54 years as a couple, my wife since she was in fifth grade. Unfortunately she became ill and we had to leave a day early.

Location great. View great. We all had a good time because there were no issues with the place we stayed. We had a slow drain while we were there just mentioned it to the front desk and without asking for anything they were up and fixed the issue within the same day. We would stay there again. DEFINITELY!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! It was the perfect size and location for our family of four. The views were stunning, the easy access to the beach and pool were unbeatable, and we appreciated the close proximity to the grocery store and restaurants without having to fight the traffic in downtown Ocean City.

Overall very good. Easy access to the beach and convince of all the stores right across the street. One of the nicer condo buildings. Didnt need to contact management/owner for anything.

Was everything we hoped

We go to Ocean City every summer and have always stayed in this building but a different unit. This unit was exceptional- very updated and comfortable. Upon arrival everything was perfect - extra products if needed, extra clean and beautiful decor. We appreciated the modern beachy feel. My 5 year old loved having his own space in the “middle room”. The views from both the front balcony and the back balcony were amazing. We can’t wait to come back and stay in the same unit! thank you Andre for allowing us to visit your beautiful property!

Everything is always wonderful at this property. Love the property staff especially Robert, my kid's look for him every year. The owner is helpful and communication is good. Love it !
