This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo has everything you could need for the perfect beach vacation. Cool green colors coat the walls inside and outside youll find the calming waters of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. The kitchen has been updated with a chic backsplash, granite countertops and all stainless appliances. Theres a large leather sectional in the oceanfront living room which features expansive sliding doors out to your balcony. The master suiteincludes a king bed, another balcony entrance and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second guest room features two queen beds, and a third room has one queen. Windy Hill Dunes is the preeminent oceanfront resort in the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, located on historic Ocean Boulevard. Windy Hill Dunes provides guests with ample aquatic luxuries, including a large outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, and hot tub, all just footsteps from the beach. A fitness center is also available on the premises. The Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach is one of the most exclusive stretches of coastline on the entire Grand Strand, and is within minutes from the incredible shopping and dining of famous Barefoot Landing.

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction
