Spacious Townhome | Steps from the beach | 2 En-Su

The host was outstanding. Very quick to respond to every question and instructions were very informative. The property was beautiful and just as noted in the comments. Actually better! The space was so large and accommodated us better than expected. The beach is just a few blocks and an easy walk. The neighborhood is nice and easily accessed to all amenities. This property is definately one we will want to visit again.

What a great place to be able to stay during the holidays. Well apportioned, stocked and clean. Beach toys, bikes, everything you need except your food and personal items. Hope to be able to use again. Thank you.

2 min walk from beach, hour from Disney, 30 min from KSC. Perfect location for what we were looking to do. Fully stocked kitchen, which was a real bonus for us, as we enjoy eating in.

We have been coming to Cape Canaveral/ Cocoa Beach for over 10 years and renting various condos and houses. This year we came with some friends and rented the large 3-bedroom townhome on Fillmore. We were thrilled with the amount of room in the unit. Not only did each couple have their own private space and their own bathroom, there was also a guest half bath so the couple downstairs didn’t have to share their bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms each had a balcony, and the downstairs bedroom opened to a fenced patio area. Two of the bathrooms had separate showers and jetted tubs. The third full bathroom had a regular tub/ shower combo. The washer and dryer was a newer set, and the mattresses were very comfortable. (The furniture seemed like furniture one would buy for themselves as opposed to the kind of furniture you might buy for a rental.) The ceilings were high, so it felt open, and there was even a garage. We ended up storing boogie boards, a kayak, and E bikes in the garage. We hadn’t counted on what a benefit that would be. In years past, those items either took up room in the living area, in a porch area, or a laundry room. Using the garage, they were exactly where we needed them— right by the driveway. Although we had brought our own chairs and beach “toys,” the house had some as well. In future, we probably don’t have to bring as much. The kitchen was also the best equipped kitchen I have seen as well. Bring extra spices (there’s only salt and pepper), but otherwise everything is here. Finally, the location was great. It’s just over a block from the beach. Although we set up a sun shelter at the beach, it was really easy to walk back-and-forth to get things. We walked out for sunrises, swimming, and three launches over the course of five days! Elise at Floricasa was helpful and responsive prior to our arrival. (We didn’t need to contact her while we were there.) Check out was easy— not a giant to-do list. We hope we can rent this unit again in the future, and we would whole-heartedly recommend it to our friends and family.

Great amount of space for 3 couples, and easy walk to the beach. Close to Kennedy Space Center, grocery and restaurants. Manager Elise was terrific. Would love to visit again!

The townhome was very spacious and was decorated very nice. Large washer and dyer was a huge plus! Make sure you bring house shoes the floors are dirty. There wasn't anything to use to clean them. The toilets need some attention, they were not secure. The kitchen cabinets also need some TLC. The grill was an overgrown fire pit, the back deck that overlooks the yard, was unusable, the neighbors had dogs that barked, A LOT when you went out, so we didn’t use that side of the house at all. The overall location was nice, short walk to the beach, which was NOT crowded and was very clean! Easy access with keyless entry. Quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed our stay as the accommodations were clean and very nice with a location central to the area.
