From the moment you enter, the condo welcomes you with thoughtful touches designed for mountain living. The entry foyer features a practical bench with built-in racks, making it easy to store ski boots, jackets, and gear after a day on the slopes.

The bright, open-concept living space is ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen features light cabinetry, granite countertops, a farmhouse-style single-bowl sink, tile flooring, and a breakfast bar that opens seamlessly into the living area. A separate dining space, wood flooring, expansive windows, and a recently upgraded HD flat-screen TV complete the main living area, while a cozy corner wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and charm.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, HD flat-screen TV, and a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom with granite countertops and a tiled tub and shower combination. The guest bathroom has also been fully updated and features a tiled steam shower with a built-in bench. The second and third bedrooms each offer two twin beds, making this condo an excellent choice for families or groups. Please note that the twin beds cannot be converted into king beds. Throughout the condo, the décor reflects a warm and inviting mountain cabin style.

Guests also enjoy access to the property's shared courtyard, complete with a large hot tub exclusively for Chateau Chaumont residents—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.     Amazing location. Unit in good condition. However the listing says ‘top floor’ and it was not the top floor, it is on the second floor and there is a unit a move it. No humidifiers in the unit was unfortunate. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

    Steps away from the city market. A short walk to the lifts and Rugby Pitch. No need for a car. The bus stop is right there. Comfortable beds.

    The location of the condo is great, easy walking distance to many Aspen locations and reasonably priced for Aspen. The 3 bedrooms worked out fine for our 3 generation family and everything was quite comfortable and clean. The unit could use some updating and new appliances. There are long tedious notes for the use of any appliance. The washing machine leaked so we were not able to use it. We also received poor information on the parking, the pass for the garage was not in the unit, and it took several days to get a town permit. Fortunately we were not at the condo that much so it worked out fine.

    Property is in a great location. Super clean. Great communication with property management team. Probably great for winter and skiing. Only ok for summer - place gets really warm and has no aircon. Living room has awkwardly placed TV making it hard to watch. Master bedroom and bathroom very small. Very limited outdoor space (small balcony). Parking is an issue.
