Spacious Three Bedroom Condo - Phoenix V 1403

It was a great experience. Perfect place close to everything including restaurants, shopping, the beach and etc. The indoor pool was great for the two rainy days.

The location was nice but, the property was not renovated at all, has quite a bit of dust on the fixtures/decorations and the living room furniture was dirty.

It was amazin’! We enjoyed this so much! Location is awesome! It was clean and comfortable, what else could you ask for?!

They put someone in our room so we had to stay in another room for the first night then we get to our room and the door was broke

Had a wonderful stay. This place was spacious for my family of 10. Have a wonderful time. Will definitely stay here again!

We had frequented the Phoenix condos when our kids were younger Ed. Hadn't been back for almost 18 years, this time bringing grand children, and were expecting the top accommodations we were used to. Though the facility has aged, we noticed the care given to maintain the property. Walking into the condo, however, was a let down. The floor definitely not mopped and our 9 month old twins, who had been in car seats for most of the past 2 days immediately began there cruise of the open kitchen/eating/family area that originally drew our attention. I was disgusted at the amount of hair they picked up and the sticky spots on the floor. I feel this unit has not been given much attention in the past several years. Carpet in bedroom pretty disgusting, junk between the beds and wall in the bunk room. Broken ladder to top bunk, broken Venetian blinds but covered w nice wooden shutters. Shelf (?) pieces in the closet. Rusty doors to laundry area and porch made them difficult to use. Missing furniture on the porch. A coat of paint would go a LONG way. Wondering why the walkway to the beach wasn't tended to more often, no one checked or enforced bracelets, access to building from the beach and pool blocked by constant pooling of sandy, cloudy water (not fun after showering just steps before. We all loved the beach and the pool and maintenance fixed our non draining tub almost immediately but we will NOT return

This room could use some updating. The sink in the kitchen with the garbage disposal leaks water. It cannot be used to wash dishes or the water will leak in the cabinet and onto floor. The carpets in the rooms were all stained and need to be replaced. Appears the floors were not mopped. kitchen floor was sticky, could not walk in your bare feet or they will get black from the dirt. Had to clean it our self on the first day. Sand under the rugs, dust balls on the walls. If that's the way it is when someone checks in, what is the cleaning deposit on your bill for???

Our room was somewhat dated, but clean enough, location was great.
