Ilikai Marina is at the gateway of Waikiki at 1765 Ala Moana Boulevard. Located right around the corner from the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center and-of course-Waikiki Beach. There is a shared & paid laundry facility on the 8th floor. Parking is available in the building for an additional cost. The Ilikai Marina is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in.

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi, and phone service for the USA and Canada.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor, with payment available via an app or credit card. A trash chute is conveniently situated at the end of the hallway. The property provides 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Please note, this building does not have a pool, nor is there access to one at another location.
Parking is available in the building for $35 per day (*rates subject to change), and metered street parking is available along the harbor for $1 per hour.
Routine pest control and maintenance are occasionally scheduled by building management. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the unit and on the lanai.

    Pros: Convenient location. Not right in Waikiki, but Ala Moana area. In walking distance of Ala Moana beach, Marina, Hilton Hawaiian Hotel, Lagoon, Village Shops, as well as various other shops, ABC stores, Restaurants, Coffee shops. Public transportation and trolley 2-3 minutes away. Ala Moana Mall near about 5-6 minute drive. 10 min drive average to Walmart or target. 8-10 minute drive to Waikiki International Market and beach..all accessible by uber/Lyft or bus/trolley. A/C worked. Cable/On Demand worked. Coupon book provided and nice size shopping bag. Parking is $28/day compared to other places. Easy checkin and out. Cons: Studio needs updating. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and sofa bed was a joke with only a 1-2 inch thick mattress. Wiped down rocking chair that was dirty. Bathroom was semi-clean (hair on floor) brown water spots on ceiling should have been cleaned, bathtub lining was chipping away and lots of scuffs on tile floor and on walls. Not much selection in cookware.

    This was a great location for us to access all things central to Waikiki. It also made driving to any other part of the island very doable.

    The kitchen was wonderful. We were able to cook in for all meals but had so much choices of eateries close by.

    Everything went very smoothly with my stay. The apartment was clean and well kept. Check in and check out were both very easy. The location is very convenient, as it is easy to get to Waikiki, Ala Moana, and Kaka'ako from the apartment. Parking is in the building, and there are even a couple of restaurant/bar options on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again (or at another location through the same property manager).
