    The property is in a convenient location. Easy to get on highways. Clean and light, all the basics. The master bed left something to be desired, but the apartment overall suited my family of four’s needs very well. Seattle’s great coffee made up for the poor night’s sleep. The sweet parking spot and neighborhood is a huge plus. It was awesome to have access to a washer and dryer. Priced just right.

    Great location, close to downtown Seattle and Discovery Park. Spacious, comfortable studio apartment that had everything we needed in its kitchen, and off-street parking is ideal. Would definitely stay again when we return to Seattle.

    Lots of light, felt spacious for a studio. Nice big kitchen. Not the best stocked and needed minor cabinet repair. But overall very nice!

    Everything was as advertized. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean place, and awsome hosts. Loved the welcome binder that the hosts left with their recommendations and nearby store/places to eat. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

    This beautiful apartment was such a great home away from home in the lovely residential neighborhood of Magnolia. Located close to downtown Seattle and various other unique Seattle neighborhoods with great coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs in walking distant. We found it as clean and spacious as advertised by the hosts with wonderful amenities. We felt cozy and safe. The queen sized bed was comfortable. Our host provided a cute pack & play crib we used for our 15 month old baby. We truely had a great stay! We highly recommend it!

    This unit was very comfortable and spacious. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer and full-size kitchen. Great living area to relax in at the end of a long day exploring the city.Location was perfect very close to the city and Ballard yet peaceful and quiet.Was wonderful to be able to have an assigned parking space

    We loved staying here! It's centrally located - 20 min drive from visitors' hot spots - and pretty close to Uptown Queen Anne, which we absolutely love. The amenities were awesome: washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Roku, Wi-Fi and, my favorite, off-street alleyway parking spot! Instructions were welcoming and clear. Ms. Decker reached out to give us a heads up about some maintenance going on, which was very appreciated! And the bed was sooo comfy! We would absolutely stay again and hope to in the future. We have already recommended to my parents!

    Thank you for sharing your space in such a great neighborhood with a dedicated parking spot! You really need to stock your apartment with the very basic things that people need when they travel. We had one roll of toilet paper for 5 days! We couldn't find any stocked anywhere in the space. There were also no dish towels, no washcloths, and no sponge/brush to do dishes. Also one trash bag for our entire stay. When it was full we searched for more, but there were none to be found.

    This was our second stay at this studio apartment above a garage. It's quiet, offers off street parking, and has a full kitchen, full bath and a full size washer and dryer.

    This is place you want to stay. 10,000 Stars. First the studio is amazing and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is spectacular. You are literally 5 minutes from Elliott Bay Marina. Perfect for outside dining, strolling, boat watching. The neighborhood also has an expansive ocean front park. The restaurants in Magnolia are top notch. Then, you are fifteen minutes to Pikes Place and downtown. You are also near other towns like Edmonds and the ferry to Vashon Island. So much beauty surrounds you. Outstanding stay.

    The unit was very nicely located. The reserved parking spot was perfect. However, I wish that they could spend a little effort and have some decent forks, spoons, and knives. It would be nice if there would be some plastic baggies and maybe some saran wrap in the kitchen. The little items that make a visit more comfortable. Also, the light bulb at the top of the stairs is out.

    The directions from the owners to the cute private parking spot that leads to the stairs that takes you to the very spacious vaulted ceiling studio was fabulous! The area was so close to Barrard area or down town Seattle, it was just so easy.

    I knew the area and it's a great neighborhood to walk in and the unit is pet friendly. we had bikes on the back of our car and it was a safe place with off street parking. There is a fireplace which is nice if you have a raining day, which we did not. On the map it is close to the rail yard but we did not hear any noise, the neighbors were quiet also. The washer and dryer was great since we had been traveling for weeks. The interior paint could use refreshing but everything was clean. We would definitely stay there again.
