Spacious Riverfront Townhome Directly Across from Downtown Louisville

Great location. We enjoyed walking around and easy access to pedestrian bridge over the Ohio River. Area was quiet and felt quite safe. Nice to have garage parking but we couldn't fit two cars in as it was quite tight and there was a large storage box in the garage. House was nice. Could be updated and cleaned a bit better. Needs new mattress in 2nd bedroom.

Great place to stay very clean. Next door neighbor opposite of the end was very loud all night the first night. I would stay here again.

Very disappointing. Walked up to condo. Front porch was dirty. Could not sit on patio. Condo is very old and not cleaned well and worn. Towels were very thin. Needs a good a paint job. Would not stay again

This was our second year staying here for Louder than Life. The home is great, the view is amazing, and Jessica made getting checked in a breeze. Will definitely be back!

What a lovely space. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. Even a big can of coffee. Read the manual it helped us with figuring out shower and a tricky door to lock. We want to make this spot a yearly trip. Thank you to our host!!

We stayed here for a weekend due to a funeral. Property was clean, spacious and had amazing views of downtown Louisville and the river. Safe and clean neighborhood. Amenities were amazing, we utilized the pools to relax at the end of our stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

This was the most perfect place!Right across the river from Louisville and near all kinds of great restaurants and coffee shops, not to mention walking distance to the pedestrian bridge over the river.The apartment was clean and very nice, the grandkids loved the pools!Next time we will be staying longer!!

This property may be even better than advertised. We loved it for our family’s short getaway. The hosts thought of everything. The condo and facilities were perfect for us. The area felt very secure. You also can’t beat the view and location. I included photos taken from just across the street. Having an upstairs and downstairs helped when someone wanted to nap instead of visiting with the family. We hope to book again!

The unit was beautify, very clean and perfect location. Walking distance to many locations. Jessica and Jason were great to work with and very helpful. We would love to come back. We even made friends with other property owners in the short time we were there. Everyone seemed very friendly and I felt like my family was safe in this location.

The residence itself was great. Plenty of supplies and items in the kitchen. Location was good as far as proximity to activities, but... if you want to spend time outside on the patio, it is VERY noisy because of the interstate bridge that is adjacent. Nice pool.

Nice condo with great view. Convenient to restaurants and Churchill Downs. We appreciated the private garage. Condo was well supplied.

Close to everything Louisville. Great places to eat very close to the Condo.

Property was amazing, very spacious with a phenomenal view. Loved the close proximity to downtown Louisville. Owners responded quickly to questions and were very accommodating. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and will be staying again.

This was an excellent place to stay for a long weekend in Louisville. It was easy access to and from the city. Great views and outdoor space. Sunrise and sunsets were awesome. Inside was just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location, clean and well stocked. Also, the attached garage was a very nice bonus. Would be happy to stay here again.
