Stayed Jul 11, 2019Notified Ralph as to what time my guest and I would arrive on July 11(Thursday late afternoon). He told me he'd be there in 30 mins. He was late and made an excuse about traffic. On Friday there was a leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom bathroom above the toilet. Notified Ralph immediately. Ralph came with a bucket (to catch the leak) and towels to put on the floor. He advised that he'll get a plumber in to fix the problem and that the tenant above must be getting their air conditioner serviced which is causing the leak to where we're staying. Ralph never sent a plumber and told me and my guest that he'd rather have International Guest renting his place for vacations as if we were the problem. When asked about a partial refund for the distress caused by the leak, Ralph suggested that we call VRBO to get a refund. VRBO informed me that Ralph is the person who should issue the refund. Otherwise our stay would have been more pleasant other than hearing police and ambulance sirens all day and night.
