Stayed May 16, 2025We enjoyed every bit of this condo and the amenities it had to offer! Condo was perfect, balcony was so spacious, pool was excellent! We will definitely be staying again.

Stayed May 21, 2022Our family loves staying in Perdido Key, Florida. This is the second time we have stayed at the SeaSpray complex. It has everything we need. This visit, we were with extended family and needed a 3 bedroom condo. It had all the necessities and it accommodated all 8 of us very well. We will definitely stay at SeaSpray, again!

Stayed Oct 7, 2021The management at Seaspray changed the unit I reserved,from a , 3 bd, 3 ba, to a 2 bd, 2 ba and notified me via email in may. I did not open the email and they did not try to contact me about this HUGH change to my reservation. I found out the week before when I called to ask about check-in procedure. I would have never picked the unit they selected. there were 5 adults in my party causing my adult son to have to sleep on the very uncomfortable sleeper sofa. Seaspray s answer, which they admitted was their mistake, was that in May there was a different manager. Never booking with Seaspray again!!!

Stayed Nov 29, 2019Very comfortable, had a great stay. Only issue was with door. It was hard to close and hard to use key.

Stayed Jul 13, 2019Great quiet corner unit with great views from main living area. 3 beds and 3 baths and plenty of room for our party of 7. Had all the necessities! Pools were clean, beach service available for chair and umbrella rental.

Stayed May 13, 2017Perfect for myself and two grown children with their spouses and babies. Specifically sought 3 bedroom without bunk beds. Only issue was at check in. Never received the email with instructions . Would have been nice if someone could have confirmed I received it since no staff is available in weekend. Had it not been for someone else checking in at same time, I'd still be in the parking lot
