I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My son and I decided to come up to Mammoth on a spur-of-the-moment powder hunt in mid-March and because we used to own a condo in the Summit Condos, I knew the location was great, but didn't want to break the bank. We used to rent our place out using Mammoth Reservations, so I knew they were a first-class operation. Everything was great- reasonable price, great location, easy check-in/check-out, and the condo was ideal for my son and I. I'd highly recommend Mammoth Reservations. The fees are cheaper than VRBO too!

Only the main hot tub was out of commission. Other hot tubs were just fine.

Could use a little updating but clean and ready and the location could not be closer to eagle. Only thing I might suggest is a new sofa bed as it was so uncomfortable that our kid slept on the floor.

Overall the place is great.However the Bed needs fixing or new frame it moves if you breathe or make the slightest move it hits the wall and no one sleeps. Could really use a punch code door vs keyed. You have to wait until check in to get your keys which makes it hard if you are skiing and need to drive in the snow to grab your keys.

Works well with young kids. The unit is clean and everything was easy to use. The hot tubs were close by to our unit as well. Parking garage was nice to use as well.
