Spacious Pet Friendly Downtown Condo...Walking Distance to Everything!

Beautiful condo and great host!

This was an excellent stay. The property is warm, spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We visited in winter and found the location to be great for us. It’s downtown but the area is still very quiet and getting up to the mountain is a breeze. It also is an extremely well run property. Communication was easy and the instructions are thorough and clear. Kevin and Kelly have thought of everything to help make your visit great.

The condo was just as advertised and the communications from Kevin were detailed and easy to follow for check in.

This property is immaculate. Host really pays attention to every detail. View over the Yampa River from the balcony is beautiful. We have stayed here several times and will be back again!

High-end, immaculate, spacious condo 1-level above street. Garage on street level. Easy walk to restaurants&shops. No elevator. Bedrooms are upstairs. Trash dumpster pick up was a bit noisy in early mornings. Loved the patio with river views! Host was so helpful. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Property was in a perfect location above Primrose Restaurant. Very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed. Not too much requested upon check-out: put the dog blankets away, take out the trash, and close the blinds.

This condo has everything that you need to have a stress free and relaxing stay. Location was incredible, condo was immaculate and well appointed, and Kevin was a great communicator. Our pup was pampered, as well!

This is an amazing property! Ideally located, immaculately clean, gorgeously decorated and extremely comfortable. We have never before felt this at-home in a short-term rental. We were sad to check out. The owner was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property.

We have stayed at this condo last year and love it. The location is perfect. The Yampa River is just outside with a great balcony for viewing. It’s close to numerous restaurants and shops. The inside is decorated smartly and the TVs are huge. The host is Johnny on the spot if you need anything. The garage is easily accessible. The park is just steps away for our dogs. We absolutely love it. And so did our chihuahuas!!

This property is well-equipped, well-located and extremely comfortable for four adults and a 1 year old. It's right next to all the restaurants and the balcony faces out onto the river. Just cross the street and you're on the pedestrian/bike path, and walk about 100 feet and you're at a big park. Very ideal. Communication with the host was really easy and flexible (even after we forgot some things post-check-out).

Condo is beautiful and very comfortable. We felt right at home! Owner provided lots of details to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable. Owner is very responsive. Loved the downtown location - for those of us who did not ski, and for those who skied, the bus stop is one block away. Very easy. We will definitely come back to this lovely, well-appointed condo and friendly owner.

Loved our stay at Yampa Dream. Property was well stocked and very easy to access downtown restaurants in Steamboat. The location also has easy access to the bus for skiing, without having to park at the base! Hope we can stay here again in the future, thanks Kevin!

The house was exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean and the view couldn't have been better! Communication with Kevin was also top notch. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

We have stayed in the Yampa Dream several times. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting Steamboat. As always the condo was very clean, comfortable and well-kept. It is always stocked with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant experience. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants and the Yampa River is just across the street. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of morning coffee as well as our favorite outdoor dining room. I highly recommend the Yampa Dream for your trip to Steamboat.

The check in process was so very easy. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it (except perhaps the daily trash pickup just outside the window). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoy Steamboat and finding Yampa Dream makes our visits even better. I can’t say enough about how easy the host is to work with and how good he communicates. The condo has everything you might need and is very clean, plus everything in town is within walking distance. Our family will definitely keep booking Yampa Dream on our visits to Steamboat.

Condo was in a great location right by the river. We walked to dinner most nights. The condo was clean and very nicely appointed with kitchen equipment and extra blankets and towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The location of this condo is unbeatable. The Yampa River, with continuous rafters, is just out your door. Restaurants are a step away, as is the shopping and the Saturday art festival. The condo is quiet, air conditioned, and smartly decorated. Very clean and excellent water pressure. Easy access to condo and a garage for the car. We had a question and left a message and our host returned our call literally three minutes later. We will be back next year!

We have stayed at Yampa Dream before and it never disappoints…the location is great, the property is well maintained and well stocked…When we return to Steamboat we for sure will choose Yampa Dream..
