Spacious Palmetto Dunes Condo, Sunny Deck, View of Lagoon, Complex Pool

This is a spacious and well provisioned condo. The deck is perfect for dining outside and watching the wildlife around the lagoon. The location is an easy walk to the General Store and tennis courts and close to all the stores and restaurants along Wm Hilton Pkwy.

Overall very nice, clean extremely roomy and good locationOnly improvement is repainting deck as this is appearing quite worn.

We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful condo in Palmetto Dunes! Mary was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed to have an amazing stay. The condo was super clean - we could tell that it had a thorough cleaning before we arrived. The sectional sofa was very cozy for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the games and beach toys. The bathrooms were very updated and the decor was very coastal and pretty. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, even though we ate out a lot! ? We brought our own bikes and stored them in the trash service area/ outdoor storage area- all 4 bikes fit just fine! Palmetto Dunes is a great area to ride bikes - and all of Hilton Head for that matter! We rode all over the island on the nice bike paths. We've stayed at a lot of beach rentals in various places in NC & SC and this is one of the cleanest, most comfortable, cutest places we've stayed! Highly recommend it!

We have stayed at Mary’s place now for 3 years. It’s clean spacious and in a great location. She’s always responsive if needed. Great for families it checks all the boxes!

We had the best week. Leading up to our stay Mary was great with answering questions and giving suggestions about activities that we might enjoy. She went above and beyond with her quick responses and overall willingness to make sure we had a great visit. The place was perfect and all the little details such as the little bathroom sets that included soap and small containers of shampoo and conditioner and then the kitchen had some tabs for the dishwasher and dish soap were super helpful. We enjoyed looking out for Buzz during the day and going to the beach.Great location and lots of restaurants close by. We loved it!

The condo is just as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Mary the owner was excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this unit.

We had a great stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Owner was very responsive. Plenty of space for family of four. We enjoyed the wide windows in the living room and sipping morning coffee while Buzz the gator was on patrol :)

The unit was wonderful, clean and great location to a number of activities. Limited parking spots available and minimal controls monitoring unauthorized vehicles onto the premises impacted a wonderful family vacation

We spent one week at the home in Hilton head. The property was beautiful well kept very clean. Mary the homeowner was incredibly responsive to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this place.

We have stayed at this property several times and obviously return time and again because we are so satisfied with the quality of the unit, the location, and perhaps most of all, the attentiveness and clear communication of the owner. Mary should run master class seminars for vrbo owners to show them how it's done - simply the best! Thank you, and already looking forward to our next stay!
